Coming Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands with its newest location in the notable Resorts World New York in Queens, opening to the public August 2021. The 12,000-square-foot location is the 22nd location for the world-famous brand celebrating 10+ years serving the most decadent sweets and treats around the world.

Sugar Factory at Resorts World New York will be located at the porte cochère entrance to the resort. The 218-seat restaurant dining room is a contemporary rendition of an old Paris brasserie bar featuring hot air balloon banquets, café seating, floral lined walls, two large white illuminated canopy trees, and an impressive DJ booth. A private dining area with a stand alone cocktail bar will complete the room, with an additional 14 bar seats for guests to enjoy. Upon entrance, diners will be greeted by a life-size, instagrammable flower wall with neon wall art.

Brunch just got sweeter at Sugar Factory American Brasserie with the debut of its high-energy Branson Brunch party every Sunday from 1-8 p.m. Attendees can expect an electric live DJ, live saxophone entertainment, party-style bottle presentations with letter board displays and sparklers, strobe lights, LED party robots, neon glow sticks and confetti cannons. First we were place on a spot with no light where the was music banging in our ears we can’t hear each other speak it was so loud I had to ask the server to move the music box away from us because it was affecting my daughter, food was ok but my husband dish was full of salt we give them back because apparently the chef put double salt on the salmon and mash potatoe only for the server to come back saying oh we are gonna hv to wait 20 more minutes to get it at this point we ask for take away and the asparagus came 10 minutes after the first serving of salty salmon for a valentines dinner for my family which I tought would be nice honestly I love this place my daughters loved this place and I tought why not take them their this is not my first time here I go here maybe one or twice a month but this experience was not it. I take it maybe because it was valentines they were busy but also we paid double for this night to be honest atleast something I wish I would say was worth the night. I’m sorry this was just my honest review but I still love this place their drinks are great.

My server Robert was wonderful!! There was a kid who just keep yelling other than that it was a lovely Valentines Dinner!!

We've been to this location a few times. The hosts and servers are always wonderful, and we never felt rushed. Both times were upon requests from my kids for their birthdays. The burgers and milkshakes were delicious. The adult drinks were very tasty too. There's ample parking and the ambiance of the regency is also fantastic. It's a really good time with a small to medium-size group.

This Queens locations was perfect for my daughters 14th birthday Event. It was also very big and spacious everyone was not on top of one another. The food was great and the server helped giving great options for the kids.

Some of the food was not bad but when it came to the burgers the meat was like school lunchroom burger I think a little more effort needs to go into making a better burger I was a store-bought patty and the topper is a hefty service charge it doesn't go to the server

The waiter was very nice. However the food wasn't hot. I don't believe that was his fault. My chicken leg did look like it was old. Please specify the eggs aren't fresh but imitation. The apple juice was also warm. Overall it wasn't a meal to get me to come back.

Not as nice as nice inside as the Miami location but same food and drink menu etc. overpriced nice looking and could be fun for kids
