Coming Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands with its newest location in the notable Resorts World New York in Queens, opening to the public August 2021. The 12,000-square-foot location is the 22nd location for the world-famous brand celebrating 10+ years serving the most decadent sweets and treats around the world.

Sugar Factory at Resorts World New York will be located at the porte cochère entrance to the resort. The 218-seat restaurant dining room is a contemporary rendition of an old Paris brasserie bar featuring hot air balloon banquets, café seating, floral lined walls, two large white illuminated canopy trees, and an impressive DJ booth. A private dining area with a stand alone cocktail bar will complete the room, with an additional 14 bar seats for guests to enjoy. Upon entrance, diners will be greeted by a life-size, instagrammable flower wall with neon wall art.

Brunch just got sweeter at Sugar Factory American Brasserie with the debut of its high-energy Branson Brunch party every Sunday from 1-8 p.m. Attendees can expect an electric live DJ, live saxophone entertainment, party-style bottle presentations with letter board displays and sparklers, strobe lights, LED party robots, neon glow sticks and confetti cannons. Ibriham gave excellent and attentive service. Food was good only complaint was that the music was too loud.

First time going to the Sugar Factory and we went for my birthday. It was amazing! The server was great and attentive, the staff were so nice. The place was decorated for Halloween and looked amazing. Very family friendly as we went with a toddler. There were many birthdays that night and the staff was on 100 for every single celebration. 10/10 would recommend.

Ambiance great for taking pics. However as a whole didnt feel the food lived up to the bill. French Onion soup was meh as well as steak sandwich. My other guests enjoyed their food I must say (burgers). Kids enjoyed their shakes and my Gamebred drink was strong and tastey. Service was top notch, however... imho a 20% mandatory tip is outrageous. The reason being that 3% of it doesnt even go to the workers. Than they have the nerve to add additional tipping recomendations on top of that (a trend ive notied in NYC). I dont like being double billed (3%) on an already pricey menu. For a kids bday its ok but if going out with all adults for the money you are better off heading to one of the many great NYC SteakHouses.

Waited 40 minutes for appetizers we were only 4 people. Start to finish almost 2 hours no drinks just 2 appetizers 4 meals. The place was empty so there was no excuse 20% is included in the check service was awful had to get up and ask for a manger just to get to go boxes. A table of 2 next to us got up and left because no one came over to them

The food was expensive for what it was. It was no better than Fridays or Chillis. I expected something more elegant for the prices they charge. The desserts were nice but again expensive and it seems many places are making the same kind of shakes and concoctions for cheaper. I felt it was overrated.

I went to sugar factory today for my niece birthday ! I like everything about this place, food was good, verry clean , Moctar was my server he was so nice he make sure everything was okay, the price was good too 👍I give 10/10
