Installé dans le centre commercial I-Drive 360 depuis le printemps 2015, le Sugar Factory Orlando propose un délicieux choix de plats. Ce restaurant prisé des célébrités ravira tous les grands amateurs de sucreries. Came here on the expectation that it’s going to be great food and a great variety of food along with the ambiance. It was extremely loud, nothing we can’t handle. The menu was limited, what they show online is not what they have in store. Ordered penne alfedo and it was just pasta with some Parmesan cheese it was horrible and not worth the $30 I paid. Didn’t have silverware or napkins, had to ask multiple times. Restrooms were gross. Paid $100 not including the tip for a plain Cesar salad, chicken wings, and dry pasta. Never again.

The experience started a little rocky as I had a 7pm(arrived at 6:55) reservation for the patio….the patio had 4 open tables yet I was left waiting…FINALLY at 710 someone asked if we were waiting and seated us…then at 712 I got the text saying our table was ready. After that it was all uphill. Our server had a phenomenal attitude, explained the menu as they did run out of things, and despite how very busy he was, he still tried to be attentive. It was incredibly busy so I put no fault on my server…we did not get offered refills on our drinks although they sat empty for 15 minutes before we were done. And our ice cream melted substantially before we received spoons. Outside of that, the food was good but it is pricy. I feel you’re paying for the experience more than anything. I got fries with cheese and bacon, a steak quesadilla, ice cream split for 2, and 2 teas and it was $82(not complaining, I saw the prices before ordering obviously, just explaining so people know what they are getting into and don’t expect this to be cheap.)

my son wanted to go here for his 16th birthday. We made reservations for 7 PM. We were finally seated at 8:30 PM once seated since we weren’t ordering alcoholic drinks, the server kind of precious off reviewing the menu the food options most they were out of so every time we made a decision on what we wanted once the waiter came back I was a crapshoot if they had the item available or not portion sizes were really small. I never the other staff used to be a whole lot better now it’s kind of trash. Candy area was trash seemed like they were about to move out..

Had my daughters birthday here for the 3rd time, we enjoy the location and the staff is very friendly, the energy when the music plays for birthdays is awesome. Unfortunately the value of the food/drinks is too pricey. The goblet was $41(non alcoholic) and it was filled with more ice/dry ice than the drink. Besides the pricey food, this location is great.

The concept of the restaurant is amazing! However, the drink prices were ridiculous. The bathroom was nasty and they were very understaffed. Many of the empty tables had not been cleared of dishes from previous customers. We ordered the cookie jar sundae and tho it was good, all the ingredients listed were not on the sundae. I was a little disappointed because I was taking my grandson for a special treat.

Loved the experience overall. However, I thought the music choice was a bit inappropriate for children under the age of 13. The food, our server, and drinks were awesome.

It was super fun! I ordered the birria quesadillas and they were PHENOMENAL!! IT is definitely PRICEY, and i don’t think it’s worth all the money you pay, but the drinks were good, but i would only come here if you’re looking to spend at LEAST $50

We didn’t realize how loud it was. We couldn’t hear our server but didn’t know we could sit outside. Food was so so. My husband had the fajitas and his tortillas were hard and cooked not soft at all. Don’t go for the spinach dip no flavor at all

Very bad experience. Extremely loud music. We could not even carry on a table conversation. No children’s menu. Food came out completely raw then when sent back it was much better, but they didn’t even take anything off the bill for the inconvenience. Was charged for milkshake never received it. Just overall very bad experience.

The food was great. But I’m not sure if the waitress put on too much. We had to ask for different things more than one time, customer service was very poor, but the food was great.
