In the eye of the beholder…… LOUD with MANY children’s birthday parties! There were at least 8 birthday celebrations while we were there eating dinner. Food was good. Alcohol is rather expensive. Server was fantastic. If you are looking for a loud place with great music for your child’s birthday, or huge fishbowl alcoholic drinks, this is it. If you are looking for some downtime to eat and rejuvenate after a long day, this is not it.

Horrible experience. Server forgot to put out food in and after an hour and a half it came. Very loud and food is so expensive and the quality is not it.

Many items we tried to order were not available. We were there for brunch (no coffee, iced tea not available, salad requested was unavailable). Also, for a place the caters to sweets, there is no kids menu so the expense really adds up.

We got there for a 7:30 reservation that a pre booked for my daughter’s birthday. They do amazing celebrations so we were very excited to go. We ordered and waiting a very long time even noticing tables that sat after us get served way before us. We finally said something around 9pm and got our food which was cold. At this point it was getting late and my daughter was tired and wanted to skip the birthday celebration. Very disappointing experience.

We went for my 11 year olds birthday. This restaurant has exorbitant prices. 40.00 for a cocktail made with basic things we did not order. The website advertises a kids menu but there is no kids menu. The portions that we saw looked very small. The restaurant is filthy. The menus are gross with stains, and missing pages. They have not printed new ones or wiped them down. The walls are dirty, the floor is sticky, and the table has dirt in all the cracks. The kicker was with all the dirt that could easily be wiped away there was a man dusting the ceiling over diners eating. That was when we decided not to eat here. We let the kids get milkshakes 3 milkshakes and birthday song was 77.00. The music is so loud my Apple Watch was alerting me to hearing damage. It’s just chaos. We will never come back.

I made specific requests and they all were ignored and the quality of the food was awful. They didn’t have the food we wanted to eat and the ones that we ordered had poor quality. Fries were cold, hamburger was tasteless, food was brought out without the accompaniments, and the surprise for my kids was spoiled by the waitress who brought the dessert before the food was even on the table. Overall were very disappointed of eating at sugar factory.

No words can describe how bad this was. I don't even want to describe the whole dinner because it will seem like a joke. Party of 14 celebrating my son's 7th birthday. All kids order milkshakes, they each come 10 min apart from each other. Adults order burgers - no condiments in sight, after asking for the 5th time I'm told they ran out of mustard. Kids order ice cream for dessert. Take 25 min for a bowl of vanilla ice cream. Not to mention the slow, unwilling attitude of everyone from the hostess to the bus boy. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Would not recommend to anyone. The food was subpar and it took forever for my table to get their food.

Food was not good, my first experience over a year ago was amazing as well as the food. But This time the food was overcooked and burn. The restaurant was out of a lot of items. Was not impressed all, my drink was good.

Gone downhill. Roof leaking, out of many menu items, no bags for candy in their store. Safety inspectors should come in and take a look in the kitchen. I’m don’t expect to see this staying open long haul.
