Ce restaurant prisé des célébrités ravira tous les grands amateurs de sucreries. Service was poor, Food was not good and overpriced. For my first time it was a bad experience and not worth it.

First off I brought some candy that was like $14 and they had a nerve to give me a thank you plastic bag for my purchase when they use to give out nice paper sugar factory bags. My goblet drink didn’t have enough dry ice I guess. I didn’t do the full smoke effect. They had my candy setup in my goblet all hanging over poor presentation. I only know this because I get this particular goblet at any sugar factory I go to. Also the glass they use was old looking like the sugar factory name faded scratch out on places. Very tacky and distasteful. We had food to take home I asked for bag for the to go food also a plastic thank you bag. I asked what happened to the sugar factory bags they said they don’t use them anymore. If I wanted plastic thank you bags I would’ve went to a Chinese takeout joint. The sugar factory prices are too expensive for worn out glasses and cheap bags.

I had an amazing night for my first time eating there. The food was great and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Loved the music and drinks also. Our server Julio was the best server I ever had in my life. He was funny, attentive, and made amazing drinks for us. Would definitely recommend everyone come here!

We were seated at a table in the corner that had a huge wobble and we had kids. Took them forever to come back and take our drink order which took forever to even bring back and the noise was so loud it was unbearable. We waited so long and the server told us they had no menu for kids that we needed to order off the appetizer menu if we wanted something for our kids. We got up and left the restaurant without even ordering a thing at this time it was after 9 and our reservation was at 8. Our kids were hungry and tired and we won’t ever be returning. Restaurant is more geared for people drinking 50. Drinks that smoke than service, or quality of food. So sad because our kids were looking forward to it after a long day at wonder works we actually walked all the way there from wonder works and they were excited to eat there. A 20 minute walk to have this experience was just unacceptable.

The worst sugar factory we’ve been to yet! We’ve been to Miami, Vegas, Chicago and nyc and Orlando does not compare. To start, our reservation was at 5:00 on a Saturday and the restaurant was EMPTY! which speaks volumes. Wanna know what else was EMPTY? the candy store! It’s a big retail space with a few pegs of candy scattered throughout the walls. That itself was a huge disappointment. When our waiter came over, he started telling us the stuff they were out of. Which was pretty much the whole menu. EVEN BEER. The location was out of BEER. And all seafood, fajitas, quesadillas, coffee, chocolate milk… there wasn’t much left to order. So we ordered the rainbow sliders and then our waiter told us they just sold the last duck so our plate wouldn’t have the duck either. So ridiculous. The menu is so overpriced and we can eat better at Applebees. This was the first time for our kids and quite frankly I’d rather go to Miami than bring my kids back here. It was dirty and falling apart. The big screen was showing commercials for Keeping Up with the Kardashians which hasn’t aired for 5 years so it’s been that long since this location has been updated. It’s a failure. Just close the location already because it’s doing a huge disservice to the brand.

When we came in, I initially thought they were closed. There were cardboard boxes all over the place and no one greeted us as we came in. I eventually approached someone making donuts to ask if they were open and she just pointed to an empty dining room without saying anything. We were one of only 3 tables in the whole restaurant and waited over 30 minutes for chicken tenders, a burger, and Mac n cheese balls. They were missing MANY menu items, including the rainbow sliders, which were the only reason we brought our kids to dine there. Our food arrived after the long wait somehow cold. The restaurant was freezing cold and filthy. There was not an operating men’s room and my wife said the ladies room was also dirty. We’ve been to several other locations and always have amazing experiences, but this location was grotesquely disappointing.

We understand that the lack of availability of a lot of the food and drink items was due to the impact of Hurricane Milton, but this information should have been passed on the people with reservations and it was wasn’t. We were only notified after being seated. We wanted a nice experience for my daughter’s 15th birthday and felt this was a big hindrance. Had we known of the situation we would have made a more informed decision. The Orlando location looks and feels rundown and dingy. The food and drinks are super expensive for basic looking and subpar food. Will not be returning.
