The original location was being remodeled, without any signs or warnings when reserving the table I was not notified so the birthday dinner I had was not planned as needed due to little space and the experience was not the same because the dining area was completely different. No type of pink was in the dining area. I am extremely disappointed for not getting any warnings. If I did, I would have reserved at a different location.

The restaurant was in the middle of renovations. It was our anniversary dinner and husband’s birthday with was not recognized even though we told them. On top of it all, there was someone installing lights right by our table, more than half the menu was omitted, my dinner didn’t even have the options it was supposed to come with. This place should have been shut down based on the ambiance of men working late evening as well as limited dining options. We did opt for an alcoholic goblet which was equally disappointing. It tasted like there was 0 alcohol and a loaded sugary drink meant for a kid. If I could give it less than 1 star or 0 I would.

Service and staff were great. Food came out quickly. The décor looked beautiful. The photos the photographer took were amazing. My daughter really enjoyed her 9th birthday. Thank you !

Booked for table for 8 and noted celebrating a birthday . We traveled to Miami to celebrate my daughter birthday. She has been dying to get to Sugar Factory. We were seated right away. Took quite a while for the waiter to come to the table. Once he came to the table, he asked if we were celebrating anything special and I pointed to my daughter and said her birthday. I asked if they did anything special and he said after dinner. Food was very over-rated. The fries on top were hot and all underneath weren’t as fresh. After dinner, I asked him what did they do for birthdays and he said nothing. You can purchase a scoop of ice cream for $5. NEVERMIND was my response. We had the experience and wouldn’t come back.
