The Firestone building is such an iconic space in a perfect location. We knew they were working on reconcepting the space and we reached out to our friend David Grutman and are thrilled to partner with him on our newest location - it's going to be a Sugar Factory that's just ideal for Miami Beach with the perfect partner!” says Charissa Davidovici, owner of Sugar Factory.

Offering brunch seven days a week, lunch, dinner, a late night menu and its signature over-the-top cocktail menu, every element of Sugar Factory American Brasserie has been designed to give guests an interactive experience filled with memorable moments. Named “The Most Instagram Restaurant in the United States,” Sugar Factory offers a variety of over-the-top eats, with options for any palette, including burgers, salads, pastas, colorful rainbow dishes, sweet and savory brunch options everyday, larger-than-life smoking goblets, Insane Milkshakes and more.

    This place is truly incredible. Adonis' attention is fantastic. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is cozy, and every detail is carefully thought out to provide an exceptional experience. Without a doubt, it's a restaurant I would recommend to anyone looking for a memorable meal

    This place is the best for brunch and a weekend experience as well the menu is very good with lots of options ! As well as the famous sugar factory drink. I would come back anytime ! 🥰

    A super incredible place, 100% recommended for its food, attention, atmosphere and prices. Today I shared a Special Bruch and I was delighted. The cocktails are from another galaxy, you won't live this experience anywhere else.

    I always like to come here when i visiting miami, the south beach flair burguer is insane that mix of sweet plain, beef and shrimp with the creamy sauce omg that's gorgeous, the manager yulia was super super kind with my family, we was a party of 7 people and she give us a big cocktail With gums for our birthday party. The server mauricio make the experience to a higher level is so funny is a colombian mixed with Chinese authentic person 5 stars guys thanks for everything, beautiful place

    My birthday celebration was lit!! Darymar brought some ice cream with the sparkler and whole staff song for me, super nice!

    We were served by Jose and he made sure to make our daughters birthday celebration perfect! Super friendly and attentive. He recommended birria quesadilla and big cheese - what a great choice! we truly enjoyed ourselves
