Everything came out hot and fresh.. Everyone was friendly I best didn’t like that we could’ve easy make adjustments.. For example I wanted a salad but it came with blue cheese I asked could I replace it for any other cheese but I could not. Same with anything else I would try to alter

Wasn’t what all the hype made it. Service was slow and we were the 2nd table in the restaurant.

Felt very tired, decor and table, sugar factory glasses etc all very old and faded/scratched restaurant felt like was closing down. Milkshakes and speciality pieces, chocolate waffles etc were great, service was good but also empty, the regular food, club sandwich and pasta were pretty awful and felt slow as over priced even for Miami Beach!

The ambience at the restaurant was totally outdated. There were cobwebs on the greenery that said welcome to Miami. The bathrooms were unacceptably, dirty, and unkept. My husband and I did not receive a greeting when we walked in from the waiters. When I finally met one host, he said that he was in the restaurant by himself at 2:00 PM. The salmon that I ordered was said to be one of the best on their menu. However, I found it to be very bland and not seasoned. My husband ordered a turkey club in which they totally messed up in order on a basic turkey club. I will never return to another sugar factory.

This establishment location is now a pizza place. I’m not sure why it is still posted as Sugar Factory. It surely is not. I had an 8 pm reservation , the staff ignored me numerous times, despite me approaching several times, until me till 8:20 pm. They have nothing that is advertised online, no candy, no waiters, no decorations… nothing - only a host/waiter that came over from the pizza place to bring us water. We then waited 25 minutes for him to come back and when he didn’t, we left. Passed right by him and he couldn’t care less. Again, this is now a pizza place. They sat us in a separate isolated area, outside, in 50 degree weather— which looked like someone’s backyard. We were the only ones back there, other than a family that left for the same reasons I’ve stated. They appeared to have a Sugar Factory menu, but I don’t even know if that was a real menu. I made my reservation for Sugar Factory, which was where my daughter wanted to go for her 16th birthday. We drove 40 minutes from our hotel to get there. She was so disappointed, as we all were. Absolutely terrible experience. Don’t be fooled… this is NOT Sugar Factory. It needs to be removed from their website immediately.
