The Firestone building is such an iconic space in a perfect location. We knew they were working on reconcepting the space and we reached out to our friend David Grutman and are thrilled to partner with him on our newest location - it's going to be a Sugar Factory that's just ideal for Miami Beach with the perfect partner!” says Charissa Davidovici, owner of Sugar Factory.

Offering brunch seven days a week, lunch, dinner, a late night menu and its signature over-the-top cocktail menu, every element of Sugar Factory American Brasserie has been designed to give guests an interactive experience filled with memorable moments. Named “The Most Instagram Restaurant in the United States,” Sugar Factory offers a variety of over-the-top eats, with options for any palette, including burgers, salads, pastas, colorful rainbow dishes, sweet and savory brunch options everyday, larger-than-life smoking goblets, Insane Milkshakes and more.

    It was such a great experience. Food was great. Staff was very nice. An we girly the food in a reasonable time. Highly recommended

    Service was terrible. Food was average but pricey. Portion size was good. Overall wouldn’t recommend, it’s not all that they make it out to be but more of a money grab.

    Food was super yummy and quick, we tried a couple of theirs monster burgers and finished with insane milkshakes. Super cute decor, lot’s of photo props

    The service was horrible that drink was horrible need to put less alcohol I paid 43$ for the drink and did drink it a waste of money I told the server and nothing was done

    Food was extremely overpriced, silverware was dirty, place appeared a little run down and smelt funny. Bathrooms weren’t the greatest. If I didn’t have a Groupon purchased already for this place, we would have dined elsewhere. Food wasn’t anything special, if anything kids liked the drinks.

    We looked forward to going to Sugar, they've since moved to Alton Rd, since our last visit. Their was one waiter filling multiple positions as he was the hostess and waiter, which took longer for ordering and paying at the end. My Goblet drink was prepared wrong and I was told that the bartender didn't really know how to make it, so I ended up keeping my drink. The overall experience and sent what we're use to having.

    Do not eat here. It is an understaffed tourist trap. The food tastes like it’s barely reheated frozen food. The decor, such as it is, is meant to be background for social media photos and they staffed more photographers than servers to heckle you for photos of your experience to post online. They blast edm and pop songs to try and create “energy”. The prices are comparable to an upscale dining experience, but the quality and experience is comparable to eating in an elementary school cafeteria. They also appear to pay for positive review-bombing on social media. Do not go.

    There were only 2 servers so we waited 10 minutes to be sat and 35 minutes for our order to get taken. We ordered 3 milkshakes. The cookies and the donuts on the milkshakes were completely stale and inedible. The food was so-so and the fries were cold. I visited the ladies room before we left and there was NO toilet paper whatsoever. I had to track down a server to get toilet paper. The overall experience was terrible. Sadly, they included the gratuity in the bill so we couldn’t even tip accordingly. We do NOT recommend this establishment and will NOT be returning.
