Although my kids have requested to go back for a birthday in spring (queue annoyed mom tears) it’s really a NO for me. Minimal staff, mediocre service, and half the menu unavailable. Literally the most expensive disappointment EVER. Whoever handles their inventory needs to be replaced. Literally everything we wanted to order from food to drinks was out of stock. They also don’t have a kids menu, crazy right? The server’s only recommendation for kids was not available. We asked for a birthday celebration. Yep, you guessed it, they were too understaffed to deliver and even told us to come back on the weekend and try again. lol (our bill was just shy of $400 we’re definitely not going back this weekend) The drinks we were actually able to get were mediocre at best. I do not recommend. The candy store was also a joke. Skip that! (Seriously, spare yourself.) The best thing on the menu by far was the cheesecake milkshake and of course the shakes are overpriced but I’d definitely go back for shakes (as dessert) after having an enjoyable dinner ANYWHERE ELSE. Overall, I do not recommend. What’s worse is telling other people we went and everyone’s response is “did you read the reviews?” Yeaaaaaa now I’m adding to those reviews. 🤷🏾‍♀️ We waited a long time for this restaurant to open and were really excited about it. Let my $400 disappointment save you. AVOID THIS PLACE. I can confidently say I would’ve enjoyed ihop or any other food more. (Yes, ihop lol)

What is going on with this restaurant? There were few customers and even fewer staff. There was no one here. The candy containers were empty. The floors were flithy. I remember just months going the lines were coming out the door.

Mike was wonderful as our server. So knowledgeable and diligent and very attentive. The atmosphere was beautiful, clean and the music was on point Loved it! I'll be back!!! THANKS FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE MIKE.

When the waitress came to take our drink order she didn’t have the computer so she had to come back. It took 15 minutes to get a hot chocolate. 15 minutes to get a basket of fries. My husband ordered the ribeye. Because they were out the kicked out our order. So we had to order again. It took almost an hour to get our food. Our waitress never even refilled our drinks or checked on us. We had to get another server to get a refill. We chose not to get dessert because we were worried how long the wait would be.

We booked what we hoped to be a fun dinner prior to seeing a movie on Christmas night. When we arrived, we heard some other guests leaving and talking about being told most of the staff had walked out. Still, we decided to check-in. Once inside, we noticed several people waiting and were told by the host they were short staffed and running behind. We mentioned we had a movie to catch and he hurried away. We felt sorry for him as he was clearly stressed out so we decided to wait. We waited inside about 10-15 minutes and then stepped outside because the air inside was hazy and smelled faintly smokey. We ended up leaving because it was clear that the experience was not going to get any better. We were left searching for a restaurant before our movie and my poor son was left sneezing from the smokiness. To be fair, the one star rating for food was only because I needed to rate it to continue with the review. We never experienced the food.

We went for the Christmas dinner, we arrived at 3pm and when we put in our initial order the server came back to tell us that they had ran out of most of the items on the Christmas menu. This included the milkshakes and holiday sliders. We then tried to order other items off the regular menu and once again were told they were out of those. After finally ordering something that they were not out of, I would say the food was not in line with the price point on the menu. The burgers were dry and the tacos had no sauce or salsa. For the price of each item I expected everything to be delicious. I will say our server was amazingly friendly and pleasant!

Went on Christmas Day ! It was great ! The server was amazing and the food was great ! Will definitely go back !!

Our experience was excellent. The waitress did a superb job. She was the only waitress at the time but you couldn’t tell. Thank you Tori, ( her name starts with a T ),for making my daughter smile on her special day.

Chance was fantastic! He went above and beyond! Sugar factory is insanely lucky to have him! He made my daughter's birthday so special!

There was no one at the hostess station when I arrived, but a server came over to help. I requested an area that was not too loud because there were large parties on each side of the dining areas. In addition, the music was so loud that we all felt like we were in a dance club. The music was fun, but we were just there to talk and have a drink. I ordered a unicorn hot cocoa. It was really pretty, but so sweet that I could only drink a small amount of it. Then I was up all night because it was overloaded with sugar. The waiter was very nice. Before that, the first server and then the manager were sort of disengaging. I was sitting at a booth and the manager came by and took all of the menus off of the table. I was sitting between tables so he thought the menus were left behind, but I was right there. lol. I went with my best friend and her 20 yo and 22 yo daughters. Everyone was overstimulated and none of us plan to go back there. I would recommend turning the music down a tad so it's energetic, but you can still talk and feel relaxed. We didn't have any food, but my drink was just too sweet. We loved the interior lighting and finishes, but they need some soft surfaces to absorb the reverberation of the super loud music. :)
