There was no one at the hostess station when I arrived, but a server came over to help. I requested an area that was not too loud because there were large parties on each side of the dining areas. In addition, the music was so loud that we all felt like we were in a dance club. The music was fun, but we were just there to talk and have a drink. I ordered a unicorn hot cocoa. It was really pretty, but so sweet that I could only drink a small amount of it. Then I was up all night because it was overloaded with sugar. The waiter was very nice. Before that, the first server and then the manager were sort of disengaging. I was sitting at a booth and the manager came by and took all of the menus off of the table. I was sitting between tables so he thought the menus were left behind, but I was right there. lol. I went with my best friend and her 20 yo and 22 yo daughters. Everyone was overstimulated and none of us plan to go back there. I would recommend turning the music down a tad so it's energetic, but you can still talk and feel relaxed. We didn't have any food, but my drink was just too sweet. We loved the interior lighting and finishes, but they need some soft surfaces to absorb the reverberation of the super loud music. :)

It was a great experience for my daughter’s 10th bday!! My family thoroughly enjoyed our time and dinner.

Very loud. Food was okay but there’s definitely better food other places. Their birthday crew is very enthusiastic!

We were hesitant because of some of the negative reviews but my family and I decided to take a chance and we are so glad we did! Our reservation was for 5pm on a Saturday evening and we were seated right away. The server was kind and friendly. Even though there were several large parties, our food arrived in about 30 minutes or so. It was all delicious. My oldest daughter got the chicken wings and she raved about the crunchy skin and juicy meat. My husband ordered the garlic steak and that was so delicious, he ate the entire plate. Our youngest daughter got the chicken and waffles. The chicken was fried to perfection and the waffles were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I’m plant-based so I got the veggie tacos and they were fantastic. The veggies were so flavorful and still had crisp texture. The rice was fluffy and the beans were delicious. For dessert my youngest daughter ordered the regular Oreo milkshake. She said it was good but a little too sweet. Overall, we are glad we took a chance. We’ll go back again.

service was extremely slow. they’d just opened so there were maybe 4 tables? got drinks 40 minutes after we sat, and an appetizer right after. food came out after 1.5 hours. once again it wasn’t busy and including us there were 5 (if that) tables. our server ignored us mostly, the bartender (mike) was much better. food was mediocre, milkshake garnishes were dry??? overall pretty bad, host was kind too! beautiful to look at but underwhelming to say the least.

It was my first time going and it was such a great experience! The food was really good! The service is great and I will definitely be going again in the future :)

Long wait even with a reservation. Seemed understaffed. Ran out of ice.

Management really needs to better prepare for a Saturday night. They were out of all the popular dinner items; lobster, filet, appetizers little colored burgers, spinach? Was told from management directly that spinach was made fresh but they also have a 3rd party who makes their cream spinach that didn’t deliver? BS from management for sure trying to blame server for not telling us before hand after she did about all the “main” stuff. Don’t need a bunch of fluff when we ordered 2 glasses of wine, a ribeye steak w mashed potatoes, hot chocolate and waters. Thankful for the ambience, server and front service. Rest not so much.
