America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, will open its doors at its new Las Vegas location at the Harmon Corner Retail Center, located on the 50-yard line of the famed Las Vegas Strip, a unique destination with retail, restaurants, and shops for all ages on Wednesday, Sept. 1. The family-friendly, world-famous celebration destination known for its sweets and treats will have three stories of indoor and outdoor seating, a walk-up goblet bar accessible from the pedestrian bridge on Las Vegas Blvd and Harmon Ave, a whimsical candy retail store, and gobelt bar!

Celebrated my daughters 21st birthday here and it was so worth it! The food was great, the service was awesome, we will definitely come back!

Food was good. Restaurant was dirty, needs a good cleaning. Music was far too loud.

They have new management which should help it seems he has ideas to make changes, but the food, value and overall atmosphere is way overrated and poor at best.

Bench seating was ripped. Ordered ice tea, never came. Waffles were soggy and not crisp. Ordered side salad and had 2 half grape tomatoes. Over priced for what you got and they included 20% tip automatically for 2 people though service was lacking.

The food was mediocre. Service was decent. However, they were out of a ton of things (rainbow burgers, carne Asada, toy ducks, etc). Bathrooms were absolutely filthy. The overall appearance was disappointing and ugly. We have been to the sugar factory in Foxwoods, so we were expecting the same type of vibe but better considering we are in Las Vegas and on the strip. It just wasn’t esthetically pleasing compared to the other locations or as fun. I wouldn’t recommend as there are better options on the strip.

Atmosphere is pretty ran down, food and drinks not as great as expected. Wouldn’t go back more than once.

Our experience for our daughter’s 7th birthday was amazing. Dareisha, our server was so friendly, caring and nice. She made sure we having a great time the whole night. Her timing was perfect and that really makes a dining experience. We would ask to seat in her section every time we come to Sugar Factory.
