America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, will open its doors at its new Las Vegas location at the Harmon Corner Retail Center, located on the 50-yard line of the famed Las Vegas Strip, a unique destination with retail, restaurants, and shops for all ages on Wednesday, Sept. 1. The family-friendly, world-famous celebration destination known for its sweets and treats will have three stories of indoor and outdoor seating, a walk-up goblet bar accessible from the pedestrian bridge on Las Vegas Blvd and Harmon Ave, a whimsical candy retail store, and gobelt bar!

Seated quickly, but greetings were bland. Water was brought out but no offer for drinks before food. We had to ask for the valentine menu. We ordered the valentine appetizer sampler, and while we got the valentine sticks, the food was just the regular sampler, we were later brought out Cheeto Mac pops. Cheese sticks had no cheese left in the stick, chicken tenders and onion rings were overcooked and the dipping sauce had a dried layer from sitting out from prep. We also ordered the layer chocolate shake, the ice cream was freezer burnt, the brownie were dried hard and the donut was soggy from grease. Atmosphere was fun, but decor is in disrepair. I had to ask for the check because we were no checked on after the food was brought out. I see why the gratuity is automatic.

We always love sugar factory. And everything was great except it was cold. We really needed our heavy jackets through dinner. Otherwise great.

Service was good. Huge menu (almost overwhelming). Food is decent and the amount for the price is pretty good. Good for a special occasion but wouldn’t come if I wanted a really good solid meal. The novelty of the food and drinks detracts from the quality. Also it was insanely loud in there- so much so we had to scream at each other from across the table. Really disliked that part.

The music was extremely loud, could not talk to others at the table and barely hear the waitress. The food was tasty and hot, brought out in a timely manner. The food and drinks were fun which made the experience so fun!

Worst service ever! Charged mandatory 20% service fee yet service was slow, food was cold and it took 45 minutes to clear the dirty plates after repeated requests to do so. Couldn’t even pay the bill without a delay as the waitress was the only person who could process it and she could not be found. really poor service won’t be back.

This was the BEST for my daughter’s 13th birthday!! she took 7 friends and they had the best time. Vanessa was an excellent server and did a phenomenal job making the girls feel special. We ordered the King Kong dessert for her birthday and they did and announcement AND a whole dance routine! The girls were in selfie and instagram heaven!! Great job guys! I’ll be back for sure!

Made reservation over a week in advance. Made note twice on reservation in notes and when option was provided on app that we were celebrating two birthday’s. The birthdays were never acknowledged, terrible seat in restaurant located next to the nasty bar area where the used cups from all over the restaurant were brought to sit. Service was super slow!!!i have been here many times and for $400 bill for 6 (4 being kids) this was the WORST experience yet. The server was super nice and friendly and was the only reason I did not request a manager while there. Not sure I will return though anytime soon.
