America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, will open its doors at its new Las Vegas location at the Harmon Corner Retail Center, located on the 50-yard line of the famed Las Vegas Strip, a unique destination with retail, restaurants, and shops for all ages on Wednesday, Sept. 1. The family-friendly, world-famous celebration destination known for its sweets and treats will have three stories of indoor and outdoor seating, a walk-up goblet bar accessible from the pedestrian bridge on Las Vegas Blvd and Harmon Ave, a whimsical candy retail store, and gobelt bar!

Brought our baby boy (11.5mos) for his first Valentine’s Day. We do all as a family and it was both mine and my son’s first trip to Sugar Factory. The biggest knock was a 45 minute wait past our reservation time. Had a party of 2.5 and other parties of 2s/3s showing up after us were sat first. Not sure if the restaurant was waiting for a certain table or what the issue was there. However, when we were finally sat, we had a 4 seat table with optimal space for a baby boy and the vibes began. One of our biggest concerns when we go out is noise/music level for our son. It was at the right sound level to be able to listen/talk to each other while also tune out to some music. He enjoyed the songs being played and got his dance on. Food was a bit pricey and very average tasting minus the drinks and milkshake. Drinks were good and the milkshake presentation caught me off guard but I loved it. 5 Star of the night goes to our server Craig. Supposedly he was new but the way he took care of us, we could not have guessed it. Very personable to our family and even our little one and we appreciate the compliment about him being “a good baby”. If we could book Craig every time, without a doubt we would! Overall a good, fun experience and we’ll be making our return cause momma has to have her white gummi bear fishbowl fix every now and then lol.

Ordered onion rings as appetizer was pretty bland. Ordered fajitas and couldn't eat most of it as it had grizzle and whatever that makes it unchewable. Club sandwhich was dry. Rice and fries were decent.

I was so excited to eat here and so disappointed. The facility itself is really dirty and run down. It smelled sour and stinky like it wasn’t kept very clean and the candy boxes at the front were all pretty much empty which made it look really tacky. The service was slow and unimpressive. One server was amazing. He was kind and helpful and it was his first night so he gets a round of applause but the guy he was serving with could not have cared less about being there and helping us out. The food was absolutely mediocre, fast food quality at premium Steakhouse prices. The cake was rock solid and had so much dye in it, it was inedible. The sauces we got with our meal had been sitting out for so long they both had these nasty skins across the top. Then on top of everything else we were charged a 20% service fee and 18% tip. So for two trash items it cost us $70.00. I’ve had better dining experiences at McDonald’s. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Well, the drinks, food and service were amazing. The chairs, the booths, some of the tables, and the walls that weren’t decorated needed to be severely refreshed. Several of the chairs were coming apart. The booths along the back wall had holes in them. You could see the service area that they kept dark off to the side was in need of upkeep, and the way to the bathrooms was dingy looking. It would have been nice if there had been doors leading into them before you get to the bathroom door and they didn’t seem to want to sit people on the upper levels.

We were excited to take my granddaughter there for her 9th birthday. Sadly, it was a very disappointing experience. The decor was cute but the Vibe was low. Service was very mechanical. The special $40 drink with dry ice was cute but no fan fare or excitement. Food was colorful & tasted fine. But overall very overpriced and we couldn’t wait to leave.

Visited because of our love of the Sugar Factory in Dover DE. This location have a very different vibe. Not particularly bad just different. Good menu variety. The food was tasty. Service was excellent.

The ambience, music and bright colors in the decor was impressive. Lots of photo ops. A few things on the menu were unavailable like their sliders & the Chicharron chips for the guacamole . The presentation of the drinks was amazing and the food and drinks were delicious. Our server was okay, seemed distracted and not at all enthusiastic but none of the servers seemed overly friendly like you’d expect in such a joyous environment . They do add on a 20% automatic service charge no matter the size of your party, which would be okay but I’d also expect exceptional service which was lacking. Nothing enthusiastic with any of the servers which makes the only reason to visit is the drinks, food and the experience to say you tried it.

While I understand a mandatory 20% service charge added in a high-tourist area & appreciate that info being posted, the small print says 15% goes to your server & 5% to the restaurant. I disagree with that & think all should go to the server so patrons don’t have to end up paying above 20% in order for their server to get a full 20%. If the restaurant needs the additional 5% so much, they should raise their prices. I don’t like hidden fees.
