America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, will open its doors at its new Las Vegas location at the Harmon Corner Retail Center, located on the 50-yard line of the famed Las Vegas Strip, a unique destination with retail, restaurants, and shops for all ages on Wednesday, Sept. 1. The family-friendly, world-famous celebration destination known for its sweets and treats will have three stories of indoor and outdoor seating, a walk-up goblet bar accessible from the pedestrian bridge on Las Vegas Blvd and Harmon Ave, a whimsical candy retail store, and gobelt bar!

What is with the mandatory 20 % service charge??? And then a suggestion for a top calculated to include the 20% service charge but not the tax - like what? The hostess couldn’t even muster a smile and the server didn’t even come back to take the payment the bartender finally came over to help us pay. The food was good but not sure that I would go back again.

The service was very slow, not just food but for drinks as well. The restaurant felt dirty and the people were not friendly.

Two of our items were made incorrectly. A martini was almost all whip cream and not much alcohol, but the waiter had the bar make a new one. And I got my Pollo enchilada tacos with not queso. When I asked for it, they told me they were out. This should have been something they told me as I ordered. She offered to get me something else, but at that point, I was hungry and didn't want to wait. Overall, the food was good though and out waitress was great.

We were super excited to visit Sugar Factory but bummed it lived up the poor reviews of others. Service was slow despite having only 3 full tables in the entire restaurant. The ambiance was ok, but nothing like we imagined especially with anything Vegas typically being over the top cool. Food and drinks range from about $20-50/each and are fun but not totally worth the price. Overall we will probably never go back.

It was good. We ordered two goblets and 1 appetizer spent $150 with tip.. So it is pretty hefty but definitely great to try once in a lifetime.

The restaurant was so hot it made it hard to eat your food. The menu drinks are so small to read so we don’t even bother which is 99.9% of the entire point of the restaurant and the service was sub-par. Very disappointed and to top it all off they tip themselves on your bill! Ridiculous

Went there for my kids 13th and 11th birthdays and told the waitress couple of time but she failed to bring them anything for their birthdays while other tables around us were celebrated. Then get charged an automatic 20 percent tip for crappy service. We’ll never be back here for mediocre food that costed $290! Waitresses wasn’t even apologetic.

First, our server, Aaron, was amazing! Friendly, prompt, and attentive the whole evening. Exceptional service! We had the margherita flight. Yum-mee!! We ordered the NY sirloin and salmon. Both delicious, though the salmon was a tad salty. I think it was likely a little extra sprinkle of salt just before it came out. I could do without that. Steak was medium well, so a tad dry. Likely better at medium. Flavors were spot on, though. Plates were empty, regardless. Overall, fulfilling dining experience.
