America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, will open its doors at its new Las Vegas location at the Harmon Corner Retail Center, located on the 50-yard line of the famed Las Vegas Strip, a unique destination with retail, restaurants, and shops for all ages on Wednesday, Sept. 1. The family-friendly, world-famous celebration destination known for its sweets and treats will have three stories of indoor and outdoor seating, a walk-up goblet bar accessible from the pedestrian bridge on Las Vegas Blvd and Harmon Ave, a whimsical candy retail store, and gobelt bar!

First, our server, Aaron, was amazing! Friendly, prompt, and attentive the whole evening. Exceptional service! We had the margherita flight. Yum-mee!! We ordered the NY sirloin and salmon. Both delicious, though the salmon was a tad salty. I think it was likely a little extra sprinkle of salt just before it came out. I could do without that. Steak was medium well, so a tad dry. Likely better at medium. Flavors were spot on, though. Plates were empty, regardless. Overall, fulfilling dining experience.

Unsure what the hype is about. The drink was unique but the food was bland and service was terrible.

This place is a dumpster fire on the strip. Very loud, club atmosphere. We were seated and after 15 minutes of no service, along with multiple efforts to at least get a drink order in, we walked out of his place. The menu is like Cheesecake Factory on crack. When we said we were leaving all we got was “oh ok, we will tell the manager.” I don’t know what that’s supposed to mean to us. There are plenty of better options around the strip. Don’t bother.

We picked this restaurant thinking it was family friendly but that was not the case. Music was VERY loud and at times explicit. Food was mediocre and overpriced. Probably fun for a bachelorette party? The Halloween menu was not offered which was also disappointing because that’s what was advertised.

The staff were very nice! Food was just average considering the high price. Amazing drink experience.

It’s a vibe at the sugar factory . The drinks are great and fun to show off on social media but the food seems to also have a sweet component. Eating a buffalo chicken burger should not have a sweet after taste but other than that everything was good

Service was poor. Waiter uninterested. No water refill. Drinks took forever. Music was WAY too loud. Had to shout over it. Food was good, but won’t be back.

Very disappointing. We ate a Sugar Factory when it was located in the Paris and enjoyed it so decided to eat there again on this trip. The new location is hard to find with no ambience. We had to request a change of table as the table bases on some tables leave no legroom. We were the only patrons when we arrived but our order of waffles still took more than 20 minutes and my husband's came out 5 minutes before mine. We had to ask for butter. And frankly the texture and flavor was not great and the syrup very thick. Worst of all they added a mandatory 20% gratuity! We are generous tippers when the service is good which it was not. We will never return and wouldn't recommend.

We were really excited to come here for brunch. After reviewing the menu online there were a lot of delicious and wonderful options to choose from. We were pretty disappointed when we went on Sunday and we could not order from over half of the brunch menu. There were no pancakes available and a very very limited options for waffles. We pretty much went from an abundance of options to 5. What we did have was just ok. Maybe if it was warm when it came out it would have been better. The waitress was really sweet though.
