I was told they were out of 3 things from the very beginning. Out of Corona, out of steak sauce, and out of mashed potatoes. I figured I'd be provided alternatives especially for the steak since it lacked flavor but no options or concessions were offered. I feel that's important from a customer service standpoint because after the 3rd "sorry we're out" I didn't want to spend anymore money there.

Waited to get seated with reservations for my son’s birthday while restaurant was empty. Our soft drinks were served in plastic to go cups. Hot Wings from menu were not available (only in bbq flavor). The appetizer i ordered was not good at all. Very dry and flavorless. The burger sliders were also very dry. Our server was friendly but took a long time to come back to check on us. Wouldn’t recommend going, specially for a special occasion.

Took teen for birthday Total overpriced inflated and not worth that all! Teen thrilled for all the intent n purpose! I would not eat drink or visit as an adult for any occasion. Food basic candy stale hard nasty in sundae and drink teen got!

Took my granddaughters for lunch. We had previously been 5 years ago. We waited 30 minutes for water, another 20 minutes to have order taken, then another nearly 30 for food to arrive. The buns on the rainbow sliders were not fresh, the Cookie Monster milkshake was half the size of 5 years ago and served in a mason jar glass, it was not coated in chocolate. The sliders were to come with a signature duck, they say they ran out. The store was mostly empty with empty candy bins and what was there seemed old. Disappointing

The food was pretty good, when we finally got it. Took a really long time and the server kept forgetting things. I got my fries after everyone was done eating. We were there for 2 1/2 hours, and our water was only refilled once. I was asked if I wanted my soda refilled, I said yes, I never got it. The music was too loud. When it was time to pay the bill, we didn’t even get to look at it. It was a fun place to check out, and I’m glad I went, but it was a bit disappointing.

The restaurant itself is adorable and a fun environment! Our waiter was nice so no complaints on him, but my food came out first and our other order which was pancakes took a long time to come out,ideally you want to be able to eat with your party. After we ate and paid we went to the little store, was not greeted at all, there weren’t any prices listed on anything and when I went to ask Ireally seemed to just be a bother or inconvenience to the lady that was in there. This is not a cheap restaurant by any means and you hope the employees would be smiling and happy to help, but quite opposite. Again, adorable restaurant, food was ok, and service could be much better.

Server was excellent. Food was good overall. Cutting lobster and steak served on cuttting boards was a different experience and a bit challenging as the boards slid while cutting food. I loved the dancing and singing for the birthday party attendants at tables nearby… and overall my family and I enjoyed the experience.

Service was amazing! They really make you feel so comfortable and welcome. Also there’s so many places to take cute pics!

We had hair in the food . There were missing ingredients and instead of telling us they brought our stuff to the table and didn’t say anything until we asked. Supposedly their WiFi was down and we were forced to use the ATM outside. None of this was mentioned and we had a reservation so they could’ve had the courtesy to communicate with us.

The drinks were fun, gigantic and packed a punch. Presentation was well done. The food, on the other hand, ended up being mediocre at best. But you can take beautiful pictures to post on your Social Media & that might be all you want.
