We walked in at 4:30 on a Wednesday afternoon and we’re the only ones in the whole restaurant. Nobody greeted us and after 10 minutes we decided to leave the host stand and walk to the bathroom. In the women’s bathroom, there was no toilet paper and no paper towel towels when we walked out of the bathroom. The server was sitting at the bar and I asked him if the place was open he said yes we’re just slow right now and I informed him that there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the women’s bathroom. He then grabbed some menus and sat us. 15 minutes later he came to take our order. Our food came out in 15-20 mins. We had the Caesar salad, a club sandwich, the mac & cheese, balls, spaghetti, marinara, and an Oreo milkshake. The Caesar salad was uneditable, but the other food was good. The silverware and small share plates were dirty. We asked that the Caesar salad get taken off the menu because we didn’t eat it and the server said OK and then when we got our receipt after paying the bill, the Caesar salad was never taken off the bill. It was a very bad experience. The server was lazy and there was no management around and there was no host. I would not recommend the sugar factory in Glendale.

Loved there was a lot of options - it’s super open and everyone takes photos everywhere! It was a lot of fun! It was definitely a cool experience. It took a while for appetizers and all the food to get out - and with kids it was kind of hard to keep them at bay - thank god I had goldfish! It took about 2 hours and that was with us having to skip dessert cuz the kids were getting too restless. If you have littles - there are no changing tables in the restroom so just keep that in mind.

Doors werent open at 11 AM i made a reservation at 11 AM. I had to call the restaurant to say i have been waiting outside. Then was told there was no ice. We looked at the menu and wanted some pancakes to then be told theres only breakfast on the weekends.

Open door took me to the wrong location. Glad I left early would’ve been late for our reservation. Don’t order fajitas no flavoring. Server did not have very good. Time management

I was told they were out of 3 things from the very beginning. Out of Corona, out of steak sauce, and out of mashed potatoes. I figured I'd be provided alternatives especially for the steak since it lacked flavor but no options or concessions were offered. I feel that's important from a customer service standpoint because after the 3rd "sorry we're out" I didn't want to spend anymore money there.

Waited to get seated with reservations for my son’s birthday while restaurant was empty. Our soft drinks were served in plastic to go cups. Hot Wings from menu were not available (only in bbq flavor). The appetizer i ordered was not good at all. Very dry and flavorless. The burger sliders were also very dry. Our server was friendly but took a long time to come back to check on us. Wouldn’t recommend going, specially for a special occasion.

Took teen for birthday Total overpriced inflated and not worth that all! Teen thrilled for all the intent n purpose! I would not eat drink or visit as an adult for any occasion. Food basic candy stale hard nasty in sundae and drink teen got!

Took my granddaughters for lunch. We had previously been 5 years ago. We waited 30 minutes for water, another 20 minutes to have order taken, then another nearly 30 for food to arrive. The buns on the rainbow sliders were not fresh, the Cookie Monster milkshake was half the size of 5 years ago and served in a mason jar glass, it was not coated in chocolate. The sliders were to come with a signature duck, they say they ran out. The store was mostly empty with empty candy bins and what was there seemed old. Disappointing

The food was pretty good, when we finally got it. Took a really long time and the server kept forgetting things. I got my fries after everyone was done eating. We were there for 2 1/2 hours, and our water was only refilled once. I was asked if I wanted my soda refilled, I said yes, I never got it. The music was too loud. When it was time to pay the bill, we didn’t even get to look at it. It was a fun place to check out, and I’m glad I went, but it was a bit disappointing.

The restaurant itself is adorable and a fun environment! Our waiter was nice so no complaints on him, but my food came out first and our other order which was pancakes took a long time to come out,ideally you want to be able to eat with your party. After we ate and paid we went to the little store, was not greeted at all, there weren’t any prices listed on anything and when I went to ask Ireally seemed to just be a bother or inconvenience to the lady that was in there. This is not a cheap restaurant by any means and you hope the employees would be smiling and happy to help, but quite opposite. Again, adorable restaurant, food was ok, and service could be much better.
