Got seated immediatly on a busy Saturday night. Food came out quickly and was very good.

Great atmosphere, very pricy, not too many healthy options but mostly fast food options on top of that, it took an hour for our food to arrive.

Service was great. Atmosphere was nice- lots to look at. We had an issue with fruit flies at our table. Party of 7, ordered apps, 7 entrees and 2 desserts and coffee plus a drink or two each. When the waitress asked how everything was- I said good except for the fruit flies landing in our food ( filet mignon and the ketchup). She sends the manager over, asks what's goin on, I tell her. She shrugs her shoulders, apologizes and says theirs nothing we can do about it. They come from next door. And that's it. Ok, but I've got flies in my food. Guess we deal with it. Well, the guest with the flies in his steak & ketchup didn't want to finish his food, understandably. Got the bill, nothing removed or discounted...not even the one cup of coffee. Something would've been nice. The coffee cost them nothing. I think if we go back, it'll just be for dessert. Kids liked the presentation of the $40 drink bowl.

Sugar Factory has always been thru best. Our waiter Juice was excellent and extremely attentive.

The desserts were great if a bit overpriced. Service was slow but the waiter was nice. Very fun atmosphere. A once in a while experience

Online reservations were made a week ago for a party of 5. Celebrating my daughter’s birthday and this was her pick for a restaurant. Arrived and were sat promptly. We were sat at a table facing the garbage bins, cleaning supplies, and a mop and bucket. Our waitress, Cait, was sweet and our order was correct.. Everything on the menu was overpriced. Comparable to Friendly’s menu wise. Small portions (we are not big eaters). Non-alcoholic speciality drinks $41 each. Beware if you have peanut and tree nut allergies. My son could NOT get a dessert due to cross contamination of all dessert items. This was my daughter’s pick for a restaurant. I personally was not impressed with the lure and will not go back.

Food was awful!!! My club sandwich tasted like boxed Oscar Mayer meat, and my daughter’s rainbow burgers were disgusting. McDonald’s burgers are better. We also left my daughter’s goodie bag there. When I called they said it wasn’t there but I can go back and look. 20 minutes later I went back and it was exactly where I said it was. I spent over $300 and will never go back.

Great restaurant, delicious food and great service. My only (small) complaint is it wasn’t that crowded at the time we went for brunch (11:30 am on Saturday; I’ve seen huge lines at the place and there wasn’t any line and also a few open tables when we arrived), but it took quite a bit longer than I would have expected for the food to come out. Otherwise, excellent place; will definitely go back!
