My first time here. They were accommodating with my reservation and also allowed 3 extra people for seating. Waitress even allowed bill splitting. It was my daughter’s birthday but I wasn’t paying for everyone so I appreciated that part. Our waitress was ok. No complaints but also no praises. I order the steak melt. It was horrible. Dry. Not hot maybe like it had been sitting for a bit maybe because it was 13 of us. Some others orders were incorrect. One of our guests order was forgotten so we were done by the time they got their food. But I think they may have been corrected or compensated I’m not sure of the exacts. For the price and hype about this place I guess maybe I expected better tasting food. In my opinion it is over hyped and over priced. I also was told that the waitress complained to the table about the bill splitting because of it interrupting her assisting and cashing out her other customers but that wasn’t stated when she initially agreed to split the bills. I just found that a bit rude also. However I’m not degrading anyone or this business it’s just that I wasn’t satisfied with my experience and I wanted to notate my issues so that if management sees this they may be able to address some things if necessary. Thank you.

Disappointing. Our first time here for a girls evening. Restaurant was not busy, yet we waiting to be seated, to be greeted by our server, for our drinks and food. Food was just ok. Beside the few cute photo areas the restaurant was dirty and in need of some renovations

Absolutely amazing experience. My 9 year old Daughter Mercedes really wanted to come here and it was perfect for her. Our host was gracious accommodating and welcoming. We had a reservation and was given a wonderful corner booth we couldn’t have been more pleased . In addition to that the menu was overwhelming but with a nice assist from our amazing server she was able to pick out the Barbie Milkshake and rainbow burgers . I can’t say enough of how attentive the server was . We had an amazing daddy daughter date!! We were also able to check out the candy station area and grab some treats on the way out. Strongly recommend 100!! Will definitely return. I hope you get our server and get a chance to meet out wonderful host. Thanks again!!

Food was great, but the service was absolute terrible. We made a reservation for seven and didn’t even sit down till about 7:30 and then didn’t even get served our drinks for another 15 minutes after finally did food was great and then 35 minutes after we all finished our food, we had to wait for the skillet and at that time we mainly just ate it real quick and left and the waiter never came back ever to ask us what we needed every time I had to get a right waiver down

Made a reservation 3weeks ahead . Arrived 15mins before reservation. Waited 15 mins before the host acknowledged we we standing waiting to check in . Once checked in , waited 45mins to be seated . Once seated , waited 30 mins for water , additional 30 to place order then 45 for our food . Waitress had an attitude. She was very slow . Food was great !!!!! But it was my twins birthday and it’s was a birthday dinner party for them and their friends . No birthday desert or any acknowledgment even though I paid extra. After everything was over I mentioned to the waitress they can remove the extras since the twins received them . That was an issue for a hot second .

So disappointed. The restaurant was filthy and smelled like old mop water. Floor was slippery from grease. Food was not good. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Horrible service, watched a MANGER take money from someone waiting to be sat the wait time was over an hour, he checked in after us and was seated within seconds. Waitress was horrible didn’t even check on us or anything and add 40% tip to our bill. It was terrible do not go here.

Made a reservation and walked into the restaurant with 15+ standing at the door and half the restaurant empty the hosts had no idea what they were doing and didn’t even check for reservations and told us it would be 1-2 hour wait even with reservation. super cool place but needs to get its seating issues solved

For what they charge there was no excuse. We were seated and it took a half hour for our waitress to even come to the table to tell us she was bringing us water. She left. Brought us water another 20 minutes later and took our drink and food orders. We did not order fancy drinks. We ordered sodas and an iced tea. Our food got there over an hour later and we still hadn't gotten our drinks or our appetizer. Their "fillet" which is $50 dollars was delivered to on of my family members and not only was it over cooked and rubbery, it was NOT a fillet. It was a very think strip steak that was burnt. Another family member didn't even get his food and I still hadn't gotten my iced tea. After half the table was done eating the rainbow sliders came. They were cold. Then a manager brought my iced tea and the other family member's chicken stir fry. We never received drink refills, the waitress was almost nowhere to be found most of the time - I had to go to the hostess station to find someone to get a manager. We never got dessert because we had been there 3 hours already and were over it. We got the bill which was $255 including tip before the manager took of the so called fillet, the chicken stir fry which came after the half the table was finished, and the appetizer. At least they were honest about that, but the bill was still $157 which included a 20% forced added tip for a waitress who was rude and was hard to find. People who were seated after us had their food delivered before we even got our drinks. For what the prices are for that place there is no excuse for bad service like this. I have been to other locations and never had an experience like this. The bathrooms were filthy, one of the toilets was broken in the women's bathroom. And the music was so loud you couldn't hear the person next to you talking. I could have forgiven that stuff if the food and service had been worth the price. I would never go back to the Detroit location and would not recommend it.
