It was my daughters birthday! And even though it was a weekday, our waitress made it fun. I believe our waitresses' name was Nea. Her personality was a blast! Along with the other workers.

It took forever for our server to come to the table after we had been seated and it wasn’t many people there. But after that everything was great. Waiter was very nice and checked on us, gave us recommendations and everything. It was our first time and we had a nice time.

I recently attended to celebrate my birthday, and I must say, the decor was absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail and the overall ambiance created a truly memorable atmosphere. However, I was disappointed to find that two of the food selections I was looking forward to were not available. This was a letdown, especially considering the anticipation I had for the menu on my special day. Additionally, the service could have been better. My server was not as attentive as I would have liked, which impacted my overall dining experience. Despite these issues, I appreciate the effort put into making the event special and hope that these areas can be improved for future occasions. Sincerely, Treva

After going to the sugar factory in Chicago, the Detroit location was a huge disappointment! It looks dirty and ran down. I was not by staff. We waited a good five minutes before the host came over. Did Just immediately asked if we had a reservation I said yeah she said OK walked away, and then stood at a table and waved us over to her. Took a while for our waitress to come over. She gave us water drinks. I got three for $18. Smh did not get any refills on the spray or the water. They messed up my order, but it was corrected. The guy delivering our food should’ve got the whole tip because I’m not really sure what our waitress did other than enter our food order on the tablet. I was irritated with the amount of money that you guys felt like she deserved because she literally did nothing. Her tip was more than my food meal. I will not be returning.

They add a mandatory service fee on your bill no matter how small the party is. It can be 2 people and it’s 20% automatically added. That allows the servers to provide the worst service possible. The music in like you are attending a concert , to the point you can’t even say your order to the servers. They are pretty quick with the food. But the cost compared to the product is way off. 2 out of 10 rating .

The staff at this location were extremely nice. The food, I don’t think I can ever give it a better rating than top tier!!!!!

The service was bad. Most of the food was not good, but the desserts were okay. They were out of several items, like guacamole, and several of the entrees and desserts we ordered arrived missing ingredients that were mentioned on the menu. Also, a 20% fee was added to the bill without telling us. We will not be returning.
