I took my husband to Sugar Factory for his birthday. It was both of our first time there. Our server recommended the ribeye steak that is not on the menu, but it did not disappoint! It was the largest ribeye I have ever eaten. The drinks were potent. And the birthday dessert had the best ice cream that I’ve have tasted in a very long time. I jokingly call my husband a ‘food snob’ because he is very critical about all restaurant food. He was extremely happy with everything that we were served. The staff even did the Soak City dance for a large party. We had a great time. Thank you Sugar Factory for a wonderful evening.

The few ladies we interacted with were fine, but whatever was going on behind the scene was ridiculous we waited for an hour to have our kids drinks made because they were waiting on clean cups. $900 for 6 adults with basic meals and 6 little children eating basic meals and 2 apps, definitely not worth the price for what we endured lastnight I stg I never complain but it was a must. We walked in at 830 and walked out at 1130, not because we were chilling but mostly because we waited for drinks all night. Instead of me having 4 to 5 alcoholic beverages I only had 2, same with my brothers

Horrible experience. They had Christmas decoration hanging up with duct tape and 2 bigger sized balls decorated as ornaments dropped from the ceiling right near tables along with pretty bad service.

Hello, We recently visited the Sugar Factory in Detroit, Michigan & it was alright. The waiter and the ambiance were the greatest "things" about it.. I loved the vibrant and fun atmosphere! The only thing that irritated us was them NOT having their famous rubber ducks but I was able to speak with someone to get accommodated as needed. Thanks for the memorable time..

Service wasn’t good. The 6th person in our party didn’t even receive food until after everyone was finished. Luckily it was taken off of our bill. Drink didn’t come out until half way thru the meal. Asked for boxes, never got them, then had to ask someone else. One and done honestly.

The waiter over charged . The table was dirty. No nothing good at this location. Never will go back!

We visited the one in Chicago going in with the same great expectations but it was nothing like Chicago. The floors were dirty the bathrooms were disgusting and had a smell that was lingering into the restaurant area. The hamburger buns on rainbow minis were burnt and the milkshake was watering. Probably will never go back to that one again.

The steak in the steak stir fry was burnt/over cooked They gave my husband steak fajitas when he asked for shrimp. Then the rice and beans weren’t on there. He also waited an extremely long time. We were ready to box up our food by the time he got his. I put on the reservation that it was a birthday but they didn’t sing. I should have said something. That’s on me. We did receive $5.40 off his meal and a dessert. Still the situation was annoying finally straw. Teach the cashier not to keep people’s change. He kept out .92 cents. I don’t care how much it is. You give the customer their money. That’s stealing.

Service was slow, food was not good & overpriced, hair on our table, dirty floors, customer yelled so loud “sit the f*ck down” at their kid that the whole restaurant got quiet, one bathroom stall worked. 2 kids, 2 adults $200.

Honestly- it was the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in years. The server was rude and did not bring us silverware until 10 minutes after getting food. Our drinks were delivered after our food. Tell me how I’m supposed to drink a $40 drink in 10 minutes. 20% gratuity should not Be added as I am assuming your servers do not feel they have to meet any sort of customer service because they know they are getting 20% no matter what. Do better.
