Me and my son first time at the Sugar Factory and let me tell you Kyla our bartender and server knock it out the park. Her service was outstanding. She made sure we were comfortable and she was very attentive. The food was delicious and we had a great time. Only thing was they were low on there alcohol selection. They were getting there shipment in later that day. Other than that. Ask for Kyla when you want to have good service. Overall everyone was friendly.😋😁😍

It was my kids birthdays I asked first thing What the options were to have them singing dance he told me the first option was $100 dessert. The second one was a $60 dessert but then the more I researched online I found there’s a piece of cake which would’ve been much more suffice for our little selfs.. when I asked him about it, he told me it was too late. The ice cream was already made how I don’t know because it’s ice cream and then when I gave him $200 he said I don’t got changed. Let me go find somebody that does we waited there for 25 minutes and he never came back and I never seen him again. Definitely not the best experience for people that drove three hours to have their birthday

Everything was so dirty. We had an early reservation before big crowds, and it was disgusting inside. The floors were visibly dirty and had food and garbage. The bathrooms were so unkept with garbage overflowing, dirty stalls and bottles of wall soap dispensers strewn on the counters. The staff was friendly, but sanitation was not something they practice even a little. I did not end up ordering food because I was very grossed out nor did anyone at the table get alcoholic beverage. With 7 people and 1 not ordering at all the bill was over $300 for no appetizers or alcohol for really crappy food. Not to mention all the food was brought out separately. We will never go back. Cute for photos but not for actually eating food! So much better food in Detroit.

Atypical of my Sugar Factory experience elsewhere. Brunch menu variety suited our large group.

This was by far one of the worst restaurants I’ve been too in a while. I was in my first date with a guy & the whole entire experience was terrible. I booked a reservation online at 7:30 we didn’t sit until 8:30. I order spinach dip & the dip was freezing cold. I also ordered a drink the server never brought the drink to me both me and my date entries we freezing cold they took it back twice & it was still not right he substituted something out for something else they kept bring the item he didn’t want.. our server was not attending at all.. she was very much terrible. We had plastic cups because they ran out of glass cups we had to keep asking for silverware & condiments.. the whole experience here was a 0/10 & I will never return.

Came here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. After being seated it was 30 minutes before anyone even came to the table to drop off water and a qr code for the menu. Then proceed to say nothing on the Halloween menu is available and some items on the regular menu are not available but couldnt tell us what. Then 20 minutes after that our waitress finally came to the table and got our drink order and we put in an order for the sampler platter. Took probably another 25 minutes to even get our drinks. Our waitress never checked in, we had full intentions to order dinner and a birthday dessert but were so fed up we just asked for the check and left and got dinner elsewhere. Ontop of that, the music was so loud you couldnt even talk to the person next to you. I expected it to be loud but not to the point a conversation couldnt be had. Overall this was a very poorly experience and have no intentions of returning. We couldn’t even get a manager to come to the table to address any of our issues we were having.

Nat was wonderful… she helped make my 14 year old birthday celebration very special. The environment was an amazing vibe! I will definitely return!!

My husband and I absolutely loved this place. The food was so delicious! We both had the chicken and waffles. The price was a little expensive but the amount of food you got kinda made up for the price. It was served quickly and hot and the chicken was seasoned perfectly! The service was great from the moment we came In until we left. We had a reservation and was seated about 2 minutes after we arrived. Our server Onez (pronounced O-nez) was amazing! He was super attentive from the time we sat down, throughout our meal, even as we were leaving. He was very personable, interactive, and funny. We didn’t have to look for him, didn’t have to ask for anything…he was right on point with everything we needed. I will definitely be back and will request him as our server.

Food was good but service was very slow and they were not busy. Place seemed very dirty and R&B music was on very loud at 11am for brunch. Will not be back.

The food was good. The server was nice. The drinks were not very good. My date’s drink had a half dead (cracked and brown) leaf in it. She had the pink Margarita. The bathrooms were disgusting, Two stalls were clogged full of toilet paper and it was dirty. I informed one of the staff members and no one ever went to clean it. We had silverware three times. I received my food 10 minutes before my date did because the kitchen forgot to make her dinner (our server told us that). I asked to speak to the manager, We waited a long time in the employee I asked, came back and said she was sorry she couldn’t find the manager. I wanted to express my experience to the manager. So I told her that I would just do it online.
