Absolutely amazing experience in general. The workers are fun, kind, energetic and honestly make sure you have a good time and that everything is well. The food was amazing in my opinion, but everyone’s different. Recommend coming for a special event because they give off the best vibes ever.

Made res for 10yearolds bday were seated at filthy table with chicken bone on a chair and ignored by staff. After 20 minutes asked politely told someone would be right there. Finally just left after 30 minutes. There were very few people there , 4 seated tables at most. Do not bring your family here. Built in 20% gratuity may be the problem. No incentive for good service.

Great food for a great price. We also had an amazing host name Onis. He was so wonderful and catered to our needs!!!

This place was not packed at all. There were no lemurs to see pictures of all their fabulous drinks and shakes. Had to use our phone and the QR code wasn’t working. Service was terrible. Slow. By the time we got our ketchup, the burgers were cold. HORRIBLy over priced for less than average food. Drinks are stupidly priced and no alcohol because it was for the kids. Won’t go back and will be sure to steer my friend far away from this gimmick place.

Our service was terrible. It took over 30 minutes to place our order. 4 people at our table and the food wasn’t brought out together. Mine came out when the other 3 had finished their meals and it wasn’t what I ordered. It was for a bachelorette celebration and it mostly ruined the event. I was really looking forward to going and was extremely disappointed. There will be no need to return.

The food and atmosphere at Sugar were excellent! The milkshakes are definitely an experience for the kids, but a little too pricey for every time. I would still go back for birthdays and special occasions even with the higher prices if it wasn’t for the UNEXPECTED 20% service charge and $10 for 2 sparklers charge! When I asked if the automatic service charge was a gratuity charge, the waitress said no, that money is what some business owners charge for other things. I paid an additional $50 service charge and $10 for 2 sparklers that I didn’t ask for, on top of my bill and tip. Never again! That’s bad business to not tell people ahead of time and let them decide if they want to pay these fees before eating there.

Service was ok at best. Perhaps because of time of day ? Were told menu was online and options and pricing may vary and to pick and will be advised if not at this location. Bathroom has no towel and TP dispensers broken

The fish tacos tasted like absolutely NOTHING!! It didn’t have a drop of salt on in anywhere. The chicken tenders were cooked so hard you could barely bite it. The staff were great as well as the entertainment they provided for the birthdays but other than that we won’t be back!!

We were celebrating a birthday, most menu options that we wanted to order were out of stock. The food was horrible. My husband order a fajita and none of the sides were brought out. The excuse was a new person is working in the kitchen and they didn’t know. The candy store was empty and nothing was in stock. The restaurant was empty at 6pm and service was still extremely slow. I wish we had picked another restaurant to celebrate the birthday as the experience was terrible.
