Sugar Factory American Brasserie is bringing something SWEET to Chicago’s famed River North area, just off the mag mile. Created by a team of world-class chefs, the menu selections include everything from pancakes and sweet and savory crepes to salads, burgers, steaks and shakes, all available throughout the day. This celebrity favorite is sure to satisfy any sweet-tooth craving. Signature treats include famous Couture Pops, Smoking Goblet Cocktails, Candy-Infused Martinis, and the one-and-only King Kong Sundae. Please dine with us and let Sugar Factory deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

A 20% Service Fee will be added to every check. This goes to the service staff, and no extra tip is expected. Also please beware that we have limited booth seating, there is no guarantee that you will be sat at a booth.

We will have special holiday hours December 20th to Jan 2nd. We will open everyday at Noon and close at 11pm. Last seating is at 9:45pm.

Really not worth the money you’ll spend. Go have a nice dinner somewhere else for the same price.

The quality of food for the price was awful. I would not recommend fhis to anyone. The food was bland.

Overall great time. Food was good, little pricey, but it’s Chicago. Nate, our server, was great.

Overall the experience was good, but the service from the waiter was subpar. She went long periods without checking on the table. Customer service and waiter services should be exceptional considering gratuity is automatically included.

I was underwhelmed and disappointed! The staff was excellent 10 out of 10. The restaurant was very clean the ambiance was nice. The food was better than I thought it would be. I was pleasantly surprised. We were celebrating my granddaughter’s 8th birthday she loved her dink. We were disappointed with the candy selection. I spent $156.00 I think that would have been better spent at Ed Debevic’s the overall experience would have been better. I thought the experience would have been fun that's what it looked like from the website. I felt like I had an overpriced meal in a nice restaurant.

I come to Chicago to celebrate with my grandchildren whenever one of them turns 4. We fly up in the morning and fly home in the evening. The Sugar Factory has always been the feature attraction along with Museums, Navy Pier and American Girl Store. This time the Sugar Factory looked worn out. Reupholstered furniture is badly needed. The over the top milk shakes contained very stale donuts and the food was skimpy on meat portions. I was very disappointed. Fortunately the grandchildren thought it was great and nothing will replace the look on their faces when the milk shake comes. Why are you ruining such a great thing???

The food wasn’t that great I had the surf and turf. It was pretty salty. I ordered my steak medium well and they gave me well done it was also burnt. The lobster was pretty salty as well as my asparagus. The only thing that saved my birthday dinner was the drinks.
