Sugar Factory American Brasserie is bringing something SWEET to Chicago’s famed River North area, just off the mag mile. Created by a team of world-class chefs, the menu selections include everything from pancakes and sweet and savory crepes to salads, burgers, steaks and shakes, all available throughout the day. This celebrity favorite is sure to satisfy any sweet-tooth craving. Signature treats include famous Couture Pops, Smoking Goblet Cocktails, Candy-Infused Martinis, and the one-and-only King Kong Sundae. Please dine with us and let Sugar Factory deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

A 20% Service Fee will be added to every check. This goes to the service staff, and no extra tip is expected. Also please beware that we have limited booth seating, there is no guarantee that you will be sat at a booth.

We will have special holiday hours December 20th to Jan 2nd. We will open everyday at Noon and close at 11pm. Last seating is at 9:45pm.

There is an automatic 20% charge, which would be fine but the service was terrible. Front desk was rude and clearly annoyed with the bussers. The manager for the night was our servicer and he barely said 3 words to us. The food wasn’t good, as well. We walked out disappointed.

This is just an obvious cash grab. The candy store is lame and expensive and the “fun” drinks and shakes are obnoxious.

Orders drinks - they sat on the bar for 20 min with server walking past us and the drinks. One of our guests didn’t get his food, the server came by 15 min later and asked if everything was ok- no. We are missing a meal. Took 10 more min to tell us the kitchen skipped it. Brought it out after we were almost done They did remove that meal from the bill. I don’t like the auto 20% grat- it allows for lax attention, no desire to do a good job with no incentive. This certainly was not a $150 experience for 4 ppl even without 1 of the meals.

Had an amazing time went there just to celebrate a birthday and truly had an amazing time! Ice cream sundae was amazing! So many things in it! Got the $60 one (not on menu ask about it ;) ) with birthday song! Was able to share with the group. The song on the speakers, they let me pick a song that was not available and we just had a ball. Super nice people. Everything was amazing! Will recommend for sure

Being that the name is "Sugar Factory", I expected for all the personnel to be sweeter, but that was not my experience. Except for the ladies at the entrance, found everyone else unfriendly. Price for fancy drinks is excessive and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food; French onion soup was very salty and bland. Cesar salad was drowned in dressing that was also salty and lettus were welted. Was there to celebrate my nice's birthday and noted it on my reservation, but waitress never mentioned any thing about it. Anoyed by all the pictures photographer tried to push on us.

Waiter took his time to check in us , food was served and had to wait for silverware. Asked several times for sheese and sour cream .

Didn’t love the vibe. Service started out very slow. Dirty dishes sat on our table for awhile afterwards. Not cheap dinner either!!
