Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands in New Jersey with their new Cherry Hill location, opening to the public in fall 2021. The family-friendly, high-energy, celebration destination known for its sweets and treats will be located in the Garden State Park Town Center at 923 Haddonfield Rd, Suite A. We arrived at the Cherry Hill location around 12:45 PM and waited for at least 10 minutes before anyone came to seat us, despite the restaurant being empty. Once seated, it took quite a while for the server to attend to us, which led us to believe the restaurant may have been understaffed. The ambience was decent, and the drinks were good. The food was enjoyable, but not exceptional. The server who eventually helped us was friendly and efficient, though. Overall, while the experience wasn’t terrible, we’re not sure if we would return to this particular location.

Lots of the ridiculous diabetes inducing food options are moved to dessert menu, if you're looking for them. Portions still huge. Will be back. Love LOVE love the mimosa flight!

First time dining at Sugar Factory, and I must say my family and I had the most amazing experience there. We were celebrating my daughter's 15th birthday and she now wants to go again. The service was incredible, our server was spectacular and the food was unbelievable and that's an understatement. One thing I was a bit afraid of was the prices because at first glance never been there it seems so prestigious and glorious so I assumed I would be spending a good chunk of change, however, with us a party of 7 and also ordering the dessert that feeds up to 6 which was pricy in itself, the bill was only $310. We would definitely go again and tell everyone about it. Thank you for an amazing night.

I indicated we were there for a birthday, but nothing special was done. The tables were so close together and it was very loud. Food was ok. Milkshakes amazing. But a lot of money for not quality food

First visit was to the location in Queens. Queens had great energy and ambience. Cherry lacked that. No energy. Waitress wasn’t attentive. Music was really low. Where is the energy ?

The reason for coming is to have our children choose from the many crazy drinks. It was EXTREMELY disappointing that this venue has TINY pictures on their menus that are out of focus and so small that you can't make out what the pictures include. It nearly had me leave after driving an hr to get there. Thankfully, we previously experienced Sugar Factory drinks and decided to stay. Our 6 year old didn't get the experience of flipping through the drink images and getting excited about her choice. Instead, we blindly chose with the help of our exceptional waitress and received delicious & over the top exciting drink presentations! I won't return to this venue because of the very poor and unreadable menus. It really takes away from the experience for the kids. I hope this review helps the venue because otherwise, it was a wonderful visit after we received our food and drinks.

There was no hostess so we had to ask to be seated and the waitress had an attitude. It took awhile to place an order, my food was cold, and it took forever to bring French fries for my daughter. I will not be back to this location I was extremely disappointed in the staff, the food, and overall service.
