Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands in New Jersey with their new Cherry Hill location, opening to the public in fall 2021.     My son had a blast so that’s all that matters….prices were kinda crazy but YOLO… the wings were the best part along with the drink. Would go back just for wings and a drink

    Very goodatmosphere here, BUT the food was absolutely horrendous. I do not usually do this but the food might've been the worst food I have had out in quite some time. The spinach and artichoke dip was watery and flavorless. The flat bread pizza was inedible, overcooked cheese, oily, just terrible. The fries were mediocre at best. The fish and chips were tasteless. I would suggest that you go eat somewhere else and then come here to grab a specialty drink and a milkshake which is the only thing they get remotely right.

    I recently visited Sugar Factory, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Despite having a reservation, the wait time was long. The food was underwhelming, and the service was even worse. Our server was rude, and it took forever to receive our food, even longer to get the bill. Overall, the customer service was terrible. This will definitely be my first and last time dining here.

    Was very disappointed. It took a long time for a waiter to come to our table and there were way too many gnats flying around, even the waiter was swatting them away. Didn’t stay pass the water being brought to our table.

    First we waiting 10 minutes just for someone to approach us and seat us with a reservation. Mind you the place was not busy at all. Secondly we ordered sodas.. and what we thought was condensation on the glasses turned out to be some sort of grime (possibly from not being washed properly). Lastly after reading $22 for a couple of chicken tenders and $46 for a mixed drink we decided The Sugar Factory was not going to be the place to enjoy our evening! So while waiting for our server to return we decided to let another passing employee know we were leaving. Probably will not be returning to Cherry Hill Sugar Factory! To expensive, not comfortable and not well kept

    We had a reservation and we still ended up waiting 40 mins which was the downside but otherwise our waiter was awesome and so was the food. The only suggestion I have is to add red onions and cilantro to the barria nachos and they will be perfect!!!

    As always the Sugar Factory never disappoints. This new restaurant was a little tight but still had a great time. We got there early (5pm) so that we could do some shopping in the stores near by, the food and drinks was great
