Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands in New Jersey with their new Cherry Hill location, opening to the public in fall 2021.     My daughter and I were very excited to eat here for the first time. Completely over priced, food was terrible. I wouldn't recommend. I had the Brick chicken with mash potatoes, terrible.

    We had a wonderful experience celebrating my daughter’s graduation.Lourdes was our server and she was amazing! I will definitely return to the Sugar Factory.

    The drinks were delicious and our waitress was incredible! We sat at the bar so she was busy making drinks for everyone including at tables but still checked on us often and made sure we enjoyed our evening. I got the sliders and they were a bit dry but still pretty good. My boyfriend got the loaded fries which were awesome and the wings were good but a little spicer than my liking. (If you like spicy you’ll love them!)

    Food took an hour to come out. Buffalo wings were supposed to been fried hard but was not. Service was excellent.

    Great experience! I’ve been to the Sugar Factory in Atlantic City, and was very excited that one was opened so close to me. This was a birthday lunch, and the service was fantastic. The waitress was very kind, and worked quickly to get our drinks and appetizers out. There weren’t many people during lunch time, so it was nice to have a quiet and wonderful atmosphere to have lunch. Food was absolutely amazing and tasted great. Will definitely be back again.

    Our server was fabulous, she ran that whole dining room pretty much on her own and it was only her fourth shift. Such a queen.

    Everything was amazing from the door to the time we left . It was a cute intimate step up for two. The food was good, the servers were great and friendly. We had the macaroni cheese pops, which were delicious. I recommend you trying that as an appetizer at dinner we had the spicy chicken Alfredo and the regular chicken Alfredo. Both meals were amazing. Had a great time overall.

    Had higher expectations however our 1st and probably only visit was very lack luster. Food prices are high for what it is and quality. Service was sub par. We were rushed and couldnt even get water refilled. $70 for a milkshake, 12 wings and cheese fries is a bit much.

    The did and service were great. But, the price was a bit high for the quality of food. However, the drinks were spot on.
