Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands in New Jersey with their new Cherry Hill location, opening to the public in fall 2021. The family-friendly, high-energy, celebration destination known for its sweets and treats will be located in the Garden State Park Town Center at 923 Haddonfield Rd, Suite A. The world-famous restaurant promises a memorable experience for kids, adults and everyone in between.

We went here for my daughter’s 10th birthday. This was on a Wednesday night. We had a reservation and were seated right away. We had no waitress until about 20 minutes in where she came over, did not say her name and just took our drink and food order together. There were visible splats of food on the walls, we were sitting under the tvs that were half falling out of the wall and the little glasses our drinks were served in for $5 ea were visibly dirty with specks of brown in them. The HIGHLY OVERPRICED food tasted terrible and the big ice creams were made with a lot of “fillers” like whipped cream. It’s a shame because you could see they were understaffed and many of their staff were working different jobs. The idea was fun, but not worth the money. Just to give you an idea, our bill was $231 for 5 people, and we ordered only 2 desserts and no fancy drinks.. and 2 of our full meals were appetizers. Craziness. It’s all for photos but not taste. We won’t be returning.

My family and I celebrated my granddaughters 6th birthday and she was very excited and enjoyed her Sugar Factory experience.

Our really enjoyed ourselves especially for my daughter on her birthday when she was wished a happy birthday song. Our waitress was absolutely great very accommodating.

Total eye candy perfect for tweens and teens . Instagramable. It was first time and the server was flat when it came to explaining what’s what and how it works. I was confused with the $40 drinks. We ordered the sliders for app. It took over 45 min to get them and before we could each take a bite, our entrées were out. Throw it on the table with Aditi conversation about the fact that they all came out at the same time. I had the chicken Asian salad. It was terribly overdressed and the chicken was rubbery. The best item on our table was those sliders they were delicious. The milkshake was also very delicious. However, the doughnut that they put on top with stale. We ordered milkshakes for each one of the girls and only one milkshake came out the server said she thought we wanted to share one and I said no and then it took another 20 minutes for the second one to come out, but the first one was already drank by teenager number one. The flow of the food was a big problem. The bill was extremely high and the food was just so-so. Our waitress was relatively nice, but her mood did not match the restaurant. At the end of the meal, they brought over a pad where you ran your credit card with only three options for tips starting with 20%. That was offputting. Definitely read up on this place before you go, especially for the older set.

While at first glance the vibe is adorable and looks very much like it’s going to be worth the money. Once sat, the door was dirty, they had long lost balloons on the ceiling (clearly had been there for a while) and silverware on the floor in clear daylight that wasn’t ours and was clearly from past diners. The service was awfully slow and our appetizers were brought out at the same time our dinner was. This isn’t a very large place and they seem to have plenty of waiters/ waitresses so I’m not sure what the hold up was. A party of 8 got seated way after us and got their food first (we only ordered a dang burger and chicken parm). They have NO kids menu which is weird for a place centered around candy and sugar (clearly kids would want to come here instead of just adults. We also brought our 4 year old. Come on. It’s called the sugar factory). Food was okay. About the same quality as an Applebees. The $21 milkshake glass “covered in frosting” was clearly made and placed in a freezer and pulled out on request because it was so freezer burnt and not pleasing looking. For the wait, they could have did the mug in the time we waited for it “fresh”. $150 for 2 adults and 1- 4 year old. Not worth it to see pretty decor and a chandelier. Won’t be back.

We had a great time! Drinks and food was delicious. Our family enjoyed different burgers and the rainbow sliders. The goblets are huge!!!! Very difficult for one person to finish. Milkshakes were huge and yummy too. It's pricey but a great experience and atmosphere. Our service was amazing!

I wouldn’t return. The food was overpriced for nothing. Lack of effort with their food. I mean cold food even though there were only 3 tables. Lacked condiments on each dish. Just no.

They were out of the dinner specials at 4:15, nachos were bland, food was alright but not worth $20+ per item.

We went for a family friendly Valentine’s Day experience at 3:30pm. There was 3 adults and 2 children ages 4 and 2. It was a little busy but nothing crazy for Valentine’s Day. We waited a few minutes to be seated. We were seated near a phone booth photo op which was a bit annoying to have people keep coming up and taking pictures right next to our table. It took a long time for our waiter to come over. He was very nice and helpful. We were disappointed that there was no kids menu. There are definitely options for kids but serving a 4 year old Mac and cheese in a hot skillet is not ideal. My daughter needed to use the bathroom and when I took her the ladies room was a mess and none of the stalls had toilet paper. Someone had put cocktail napkins in the stalls. I did tell the hostess about it. I ordered an alcoholic beverage, the kids had apple juice, and we ordered an iced tea and a Pepsi. The Pepsi was $6 for a small stemless wine glass full. The soda and the iced tea came out than shortly after the appetizer and kids food came out at the same time. We had to ask for the kids apple juice again. I did not receive my alcoholic beverage until my meal came. Over all the food was ok and the service was friendly but slow (we there for over 2hrs) and for the price I’m not sure it was worth it especially with toddlers. I don’t think we will be returning.
