Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands in New Jersey with their new Cherry Hill location, opening to the public in fall 2021. The family-friendly, high-energy, celebration destination known for its sweets and treats will be located in the Garden State Park Town Center at 923 Haddonfield Rd, Suite A. We had a great time! Drinks and food was delicious. Our family enjoyed different burgers and the rainbow sliders. The goblets are huge!!!! Very difficult for one person to finish. Milkshakes were huge and yummy too. It's pricey but a great experience and atmosphere. Our service was amazing!

They were out of the dinner specials at 4:15, nachos were bland, food was alright but not worth $20+ per item.

We went for a family friendly Valentine’s Day experience at 3:30pm. There was 3 adults and 2 children ages 4 and 2. It was a little busy but nothing crazy for Valentine’s Day. We waited a few minutes to be seated. We were seated near a phone booth photo op which was a bit annoying to have people keep coming up and taking pictures right next to our table. It took a long time for our waiter to come over. He was very nice and helpful. We were disappointed that there was no kids menu. There are definitely options for kids but serving a 4 year old Mac and cheese in a hot skillet is not ideal. My daughter needed to use the bathroom and when I took her the ladies room was a mess and none of the stalls had toilet paper. Someone had put cocktail napkins in the stalls. I did tell the hostess about it. I ordered an alcoholic beverage, the kids had apple juice, and we ordered an iced tea and a Pepsi. The Pepsi was $6 for a small stemless wine glass full. The soda and the iced tea came out than shortly after the appetizer and kids food came out at the same time. We had to ask for the kids apple juice again. I did not receive my alcoholic beverage until my meal came. Over all the food was ok and the service was friendly but slow (we there for over 2hrs) and for the price I’m not sure it was worth it especially with toddlers. I don’t think we will be returning.

Had a birthday dinner for my daughter and it was very fun. The servers danced when the Kong Ice cream sundae was ordered and that was the biggest highlight. Food was good and service was pretty fast. Price wasn’t too bad either. I was actually expecting to spend more.

The experience was really good. I was actually able to make reservations free of charge. Also I was able to modify and change the time as we were running a little bit late. The service was kind as we entered. The servers were very pleasant and friendly. The food did not take long and it was hot and fresh. We went to celebrate a birthday. The decor was also very nice but a much for feminine so I do not suggest for a man’s birthday. We had a great time and it was pretty empty inside and quiet.

Loved the environment and have been patiently waiting to visit. However, the service was horrendous except from the food runners. Our waitress Anna had the worst attitude. We were there to celebrate a 7 yr olds bday which was stated in the reservation. No happy birthday song, no acknowledgement, nada and we were one of two parties in the restaurant. Not the end of the world but definitely hurt expectations. Anytime the waitress approached our table which was sporadic it was cold and frank. No smile no basic level of service. I was disappointed simply because the current reviews never highlighted poor service. The food runners should swap places with wait staff, they were pleasant, communicative, and approachable.

We were very disappointed in the service at the Cherry Hill location. We heard this from other friends that dine out frequently like us , but my son wanted to go for his bday. The dessert was great and probably their best offering. The food is very expensive and while I don’t mind paying for a quality meal, this one fell short for sure. We sat for I’m not kidding or exaggerating for 45 minutes before getting our drinks. That just can’t happen. It was unbelievable, but I just didn’t have the energy to complain. I will say the server knew we were frustrated and did offer us two free drinks which I did appreciate it. The problem is there is not way you should be going out for dinner anywhere and not have a drink for 45 minutes. It wasn’t just us either. I could see the frustration with everyone sitting around us. Everyone was a good sport about it, but I’m sure ownership would be embarrassed if they really knew the truth of what was going on. I won’t ever be back again as there are ton of other options. Also, this is first time I ever left a review good or bad for a restaurant in my life.

Me and my client went in @11:30am and it was no one in there which was a plus given we got one on one attention from our server. Food came out quick and hot . Everything was amazing my client loved it being it was her first time eating at the sugar factory!
