Absolutely terrible service. Waited at least 20 minutes to even order drinks. Another 15 to get the drinks. Sodas were flat and took forever to get new ones. And it was not busy!! Food actually came out in a reasonable amount of time but was gross. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone

it was our daughters birthday and our server Genesis was outstanding extremely kind positive and professional!! I was a little disappointed that she didn’t receive a complimentary dessert for her birthday. However, the staff did wish her happy birthday !! The ambience was absolutely fantastic and the dry ice mails. My daughter had an amazing ttime

It was our second time back there and we decided we will not return. Unfortunately there was a language barrier with our server. Also he was not properly trained on being a server. First he forgot my daughters coke and I had to ask for it three times. Second my salmon dinner was brought out with a salad when I specifically told him when ordering I want the salmon entree with asparagus and potatoes not the salad. So when all the entrees came out mine was incorrect and I had to wait for them to fix it. Lastly, when we ordered desserts, my husband ordered a coffee which he never got. At that point we were done and told him to forget about it and to please bring the check. No one ever asked how our meal was and no manager ever came to our to our table to apologize for what happened. This goes to show the server was not properly trained.

We had a reservation for 5:00 so we got there around 4:50-4:55. When we got there they told us it would be a few minutes before our table was ready. No problem. A few minutes went by and we saw other people getting seated which no big deal. Then 15 minutes went by and I went up to ask how much longer for our table. They said they were cleaning it. Then 30 minutes goes by and more and more people are getting seated before us. So then my girlfriend went up and asked about our table and they said okay let me go check. They came back about 2 minutes later and said it was ready. We got sat at a two person table in a very tiny room with two large party tables set up. One table was occupied by a birthday party of about 10 people which was no big deal. A few minutes later after we put in our drinks a large party with 20+ people came in. It was extremely overwhelming due to the amount of people in such a small space. We asked to be moved which they moved us to a less crowded and more comfortable space. We had the same server we had at the previous table. The service was very slow. They weren’t very busy at the time we were eating either and the two large parties in the previous room weren’t being taken care of by our server it was a different server serving them. It took a very long time for them to take our meal order I would say about 20 minutes. Our food did come out super fast though but it was not warm which was not the best. The server didn’t come to check on us until another 15 minutes went by. Once we were finished and ready for the bill it took the server another 20 minutes to give us the bill and take our plates. My girlfriend was a sever in the past so we know this is not how you handle guests in the restaurant. You don’t place guests in a crowded room with huge parties and you don’t take a long time to take their meals, check on them, and give them the check. This was over all a very frustrating experience.

Food was delicious, fresh and hot. Display of the plate phenomenal. Drinks so good. Cute decoration. Great customer service and friendly staff.

When making a reservation let them know where you would like to sit! I had to argue for the pink room!!

Great food and drinks!! Loved all the Pretty in Pink decorations!! Only thing my sister and I didn’t like was the people sitting next to us , were having a birthday party and were extremely loud and obnoxious!! Otherwise, great atmosphere and fun place to go to while in Boston!!

My 12 year old twins had a great time celebrating their birthday at The Sugar Factory! The staff members were kind and attentive, the atmosphere was amazing, and the food was fantastic!
