The venue is visually appealing, with stunning décor that captivated the children. However, the food was quite disappointing. We ordered a flatbread Margherita pizza, which arrived cold and required us to send it back. The menu indicated it would feature pesto sauce and olive oil, neither of which was present, leading to further dissatisfaction. The chicken wings were also underwhelming, though the kids did enjoy their milkshakes. Despite having made a reservation for a birthday celebration, I still needed to remind the staff of the occasion. Overall, I found this place to be overrated and do not plan to return.

The vibe was vey fun. Although the food was delicious, the drinks were absolutely trash. There was no flavor pure alcohol. It was like just drinking it directly out of a LQ bottle. Very disappointed, especially for the price the drinks are listed for. Not worth the price at all.

It was nice to go first time in Boston. I’ve been to Sugar factories in Foxwood, which I prefer. I just feel like Friday night was a little chaotic.

Terrible service that ruined a 13th birthday. Long wait to get three completely incorrect items. Major obvious mistakes on a gluten free order. Ordered a brownie got a snickers cookie. Ordered a cookie got a milkshake… ordered a coke, got a sprite. Bummer because the concept and ambiance was cool. Music was also tough. 5:30pm Sunday seating and majorly explicit lyrics on loud music.

Ordered the veggie burger without cheese and mayo as I am 100% plant-based. It was tasty but the bun on the top looked like it was buttered? It was a brioche bun so I questioned that. If the cooks know that the burger is without cheese and dairy then why would they put butter on top? Hoping it was just an oil or something, but it was pretty greasy. I think the food is a bit over the top as far as price, (especially alcoholic drinks)but I may say that for my nephew’s birthday, the staff singing “happy birthday” with lots of energy and smiles, and we really appreciated that! Service was top-notch! It was slow at this time of day on a Sunday at 1:30 PM.

If you go with 2 people you’re put in a corner and they forget about you. Never got silverware, napkins, everything was gross from food to drinks.

We took our daughter and her friend there for her 9 th birthday . We had a great time , food and drinks were really great and they sang happy birthday, which she loved! The only thing is I did try to request the pink room for her birthday on my reservation far in advance , sadly we were not able to sit there, other than that we had a good time :)

Make sure to get one of the punches to drink, it was such a cool experience! The s’mores hot chocolates was good with brunch. My family also enjoyed the turkey burger and smash burger. The overall ambience was so chic 10/10
