Took about 20 minutes before someone even came to greet us & ask for drinks. Asked for ice water with lemon got luke warm water with no lemon. Only 1 set of utensils and only saw waiter about every 20 minutes so I had to eat my appetizer with a knife. Drink was watered down. Only good thing was the food

Great atmosphere and perfect for my daughter’s sweet 16 with her friends. Food was excellent, staff were friendly and accommodating. The way they came out singing happy birthday was awesome and topped off the evening!

We came in to celebrate my daughter’s 12th birthday. They had a blast. The atmosphere was top notch. So fun and the photo backgrounds are amazing. The photographer that came around was great!! That made it even better!! We bought 7 photos in cute glass frames!! The price really was reasonable all around!! Would recommend and return!! Thank you for a great night!!

Brought my family here to celebrate my son’s last first day of high school and our server Josh I think was amazing and Sebastian the manager was also very nice as well as the photographer, all the staff really but our waiter was just amazing. So what I didn’t like was the ambiance was just ok, I mean I feel like this place is so hyped up and the candy store is so tiny it’s a joke. The couches and the walls were cool. I was very upset that my son had ordered the sliders which were very over priced for what it was and the chef refused to put cheese on three of the sliders and leave two plain. The manager handled it but I was furious that the chef had refused and he said it was impossible. Something needs to change bc trying to get a sandwich without mushrooms or just anything that we needed tweaked a little it was very difficult to do with the system you have in place. Glad we got to experience it but we will not ever be going back especially bc what you get for the prices.

I had a reservation for my daughter 17 birthday celebration with a party of 15. I called the restaurant hours ahead to inform them then now the party was 11 still for an 8 o’clock reservation. We were not seated until 910 so you can imagine how frustrated everyone was especially teenagers who are anxious to sit down eat, and we came from far, so that right there ruined the experience for us unfortunately.

FALSE ADVERTISING. Brought a kid here for their birthday and after our mediocre food was brought to us, 35 minutes after ordering a drink- the waiter said they ran out of dry ice. The worst part was there were people in the restaurant who had the drinks with the dry ice but I guess they only had enough for those. This was early afternoon on a weekday. I totally understand things happen and supplies run out but that one ingredient is the entire reason this place exists. I wish they were more up front about it because we wouldn’t have wasted our time here. Atmosphere is also mediocre, looks like tables and chairs were thrown into an abandoned building, nothing special compared to other sugar factory locations I’ve been to. Wouldn’t recommend, overall waste of time. So many better places in this area.

We took our family from out of town here to celebrate, and we were VERY disappointed to say the least. Food was very greasy and not flavorful at all. Drinks were nearly $50 and not even worth it taste wise. And we all left feeling very sick. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Brought my family and a friend here for daughter’s birthday. Food was average to below, the drinks and desserts were fun but a one time thing. If you want pics for Instagram and a sugar rush this your place, but if you want a good meal for good value I would go elsewhere. If you do come here bring your wallet as it’s very expensive (over $350 before tip for party of 5 and we didn’t get steaks)
