The Waiter was terrible and needs to learn more about customer service. We didn’t receive our appetizer and had to ask for it and decline it because we got our cold food first. Terrible

Service was good, the place was clean and nice. My disappointment was due to the taste of the food, actually there was no taste. My baby girl likes to get that goblet drink that cost around $45 or more and she didn't enjoy it so I had to force it down and she was right it didn't taste as it normally would.

Amazing experience with Bryan!! He’s the BEST server we’ve ever had. So attentive and friendly. We had told him the meat from the burger last time came a bit pinkish and he made sure the meat this time was cooked well. Food was always amazing every time we went and the cocktails too.💗 🍬

We had the Sugar Factory Experience for my niece's birthday! It was amazing!!!!!! Cudos to Mr Rolle (Manager), Evence (Our Server) and the entire Sugar Factory Team!!!

Hostesses were uninspired and unwilling to accommodate our request to change the table they sat us at, which was in a corner behind a pillar, looking at a wall, when there were tables available looking outside. Fortunately, when the server came over and I expressed my concerns about the table location, she said come on, let’s make you happy, and without issue, moved us to another table. The food was fine, but expensive for what it was. Our server had a large table to tend to and our smaller party got lost because of it. The bartender was very helpful and friendly and made our drink since our server was not available to take the order.
