   Overpriced and not worth it! We had 2 different desserts and neither was extraordinary. The prices are ridiculous and the quality is subpar. We ordered a sundae that had more whipped cream than ice cream and almost no chocolate sauce. The extraordinary milkshake had the cheapest, most bland desserts added on. Terrible. Skip this for dessert.

   Our server was amazing. Food was out in a timely fashion. It was worth the visit and will be back.

   The ambiance and the service exceeded my expectations. However, the hostess made me feel a little uncomfortable because she refused to seat us in the restaurant and placed us outside even though I asked to be seated inside because it was a cold night and the restaurant appeared to be almost empty except for a few persons . I felt as if because I was a Bahamian/local I wasn't given the same consideration as the other guests. The food was HORRIBLE. ( Pasta, Steak skirt with rice, chicken with waffles and a burger.) The cocktails were a 10 out of 10 and the kids enjoyed the milkshakes. Our server Jamal was awesome and gave exceptional service and was very attentive. We enjoyed the light show over the waterfall and will probably come back just to see that again.

   We had dinner here for my daughter's 8th birthday. Our server Jamal was absolutely fantastic! They were welcoming and very knowledgeable! Such a great spot for kids and adults

   My family had one of the best dining experiences ever! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun and our server Lee was exceptional! We’re going back in a few days because we loved it so much! Oh and the dessert was out of this world!

   The drinks are fun but all other food and desserts are poor quality. Very very low standard.

    Party of 5, I brought 4 of my grandkids to dinner here for the first time. Server Tammy was pleasant. Menu prices outrageous but expected at Baha Mar or any resort. Kids enjoyed their burger meals. I ordered a Caesar salad and French onion soup. Thank god the salad was ample as the onion soup was horrible. Terrible taste, not sure why. Maybe because it was " baked" in a metal bowl and not the typical ceramic crock? It was inedible and told that to my server. She agreed it looked bad and would tell the Cook. Surprisingly no offer of a replacement (which I may not have accepted as I wasnt too hungry) or credit to my bill. Was told it couldn't be done. Really??? $16 wasted. We ordered 2 Mocha Iced coffees which tasted good but glass was only half full of drink, loaded with ice. Will neither return or recommend Sugar Factory.
