Sugar Factory has joined the collective of suburb brands at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ!

Accessible from the boardwalk and inside of the casino, Sugar Factory’s 1,500-square-foot confectionary will feature the signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall with more than 500 types of candy including a selection of novelty and bulk candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Completing the confectionary, the café will offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.
Sugar Factory’s menu features signature items such as savory crepes, salads, monster burgers, insane milkshakes and specialty pizzas. The legendary desserts will top the menu with the famous King Kong Sundae, serving up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream topped with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce and giant swirly pops, to name a few.

Quick friendly service. Great drinks. The food was amazing and the amount you got was defintely worth the price.

Despite reservations it took 10 minutes to be seated. We waited another 10 minutes before our server even stopped at our table. It then took another 15 minutes before we got our drinks. So for a 6:30 reservation we didn’t get our first drink until 7:05. We were seated by the outside patio and every time a server went in or out the door slammed. We had a party of 5 next to use sharing the booth and their one kid walked across my seat walked on my dress and exited the booth. It was not the fun and relaxing experience I was hoping for.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of the food. Some of it was just ok but some of it was just not good. Made a reservation. We chose this place based on menu options. We got the smokin drink but its definitely not worth the price. Waitress never tasted anything we asked about so she couldnt make recommendations. We spent alot of money. We regret choosing them and will not go back.

This is such an awesome place to come to. Highly recommend getting the fishbowls. They are pricey but well worth it for the size and experience. The food is great too. The atmosphere is unmatched.

Slow and inattentive service. Food was okay not worth the price at all. Probably paid double than we should’ve. Small portions. Very noisy. Upscale prices but low scale product. Just as good as your average diner. Don’t go for the gimmick drinks. Didn’t buy because you’re paying $50 for a giant bowl of ice and very little beverage just to see it smoke.

Our server Talika was friendly and patient. We needed extra time to read the extensive menu. She didn’t bat an eye when we ordered the shake first. The portions are huge - not just the desserts & shakes. Food came out pretty fast. We had expected to wait longer on a Fri night. Food was well-plated and fries were really good. Manager came and checked on us. Restaurant overlooks the slots.

I went for brunch with a few friends. We were greeted and taken to our table by friendly staff. Our server checked on us often and was very accommodating. Food was excellent. Pricing is average for Atlantic City. We enjoyed our dining experience.

The manager and hostess were very accommodating. Everyone had fun and we enjoyed the vibe.

It wasn’t my first choice however we couldn’t get reservations at a different restaurant and chose Sugar Factory last minute. Food was just ok, no salt or pepper on table, service was a little slow at 4pm (maybe short staffed).
