Sugar Factory has joined the collective of suburb brands at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ!

Accessible from the boardwalk and inside of the casino, Sugar Factory’s 1,500-square-foot confectionary will feature the signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall with more than 500 types of candy including a selection of novelty and bulk candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Completing the confectionary, the café will offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.
Sugar Factory’s menu features signature items such as savory crepes, salads, monster burgers, insane milkshakes and specialty pizzas. The legendary desserts will top the menu with the famous King Kong Sundae, serving up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream topped with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce and giant swirly pops, to name a few.

    As an experience, it was fun. The atmosphere was good. Service was slow, but it was later in the night. We only came for dessert, we both got the “insane milkshakes”. They were beautifully presented, looked awesome. But….they were terrible. I’m a sugar addict, and I couldn’t even eat it. Everything was so stale. The milkshake was like chocolate milk, it was so watery. I had the smores, it tasted like it was made at the beginning of the week and then just sat ontop. The brownie was rock hard and crusty, the chocolate bar tasted old and the graham cracker was chewy. My husband had the same experience with his Reese’s one. We both didn’t eat them- and we spent 50.00

    booked whats available was a little early and table was available already whats amazing is the food mango shake, carnival fried oreo shake with fresh strawberries, tacos were good very fresh guacamole and the coleslaw on the fish and chips all fresh and tasty so over time kitchen has improved the photo thing is ok however for $20 yeah I’ll consider it a keepsake thankful that the restrooms were clean theres candy spill in the shop & it was cleaned up ryt away

    Arrived at 9am, one of two/three other tables in the entire place to sit down. 1 hour later after ordering our food and it never showing up, walked out leaving $20 on the table to cover the 3 coffees. Thanks for the experience.

    It was bad , we only order drinks and appetizers and wait 2 hours for the appetizers , we was about to leave when the food came all burgers cold hard as a rock and wings super salty,never again at least on this location , the manager was nice she give us a discount but still , I rather pay for everything and I will always appreciate better service …

    As a first time guest it was everything I thought it would be and so much more . The food , environment and energy was top notch . A special thank you to our waiter Chris who was friendly informative and served us always smiling . It was Definitely a ten out of ten can’t wait to go back

    A person at the table next to us had their dog with them in a large tote bag. Clear it was not a service dog
