It was good, not great. The desert was the best part and they did come out to celebrate my daughter’s birthday after a reminder as there was a communication issue between staff. We ended on a high note.

The whole experience is always great. I had a reservation and was seated on time if not a few minutes early. Our waitress was Sarah and she was wonderful-friendly, quick to deliver our drinks and food, helpful! Food is always good. Wonderful experience!

Service was sub par. Manager had to come confirm our order. Food came before our cocktail and milkshake. I had to ask someone to get our server to refill my soda. Best part of the experience was the chocolate shake. Good value for the price.

Had a ball. My waitress and the staff were pleasant. Food presented well. But. It was right in the middle of the casino. Atmosphere a bit to be desired.

We have breakfast most every Sunday when staying at Balleys. The wait staff know us and have our coffee and water served as soon as we sit down. The hostesses know where we like to sit due to husband being in a wheelchair. Everyone is so friendly and our breakfast is always hot and fresh.

The service was awful. The server was so slow, the food when it finally came was mediocre at best. Portions were small and taste was bland. Won’t be going back.

My husband and I went for his birthday to try something new and it was a great choice! We did the sampler platter, Cajun seafood platter and the grilled salmon. All of it was delicious!
