Welcome to Sugar Factory American Brasserie - Biloxi! We are open 7 days a week!! Walk-ins are welcome. Gluten-Free Menu is available upon request. Parties of 10 or more are considered Banquet Parties. Please make these large-party reservations by contacting us directly. At this time we highly suggest reservations at this location, due to limited seating. If you are arriving with people under the age of 21 , reservations are REQUIRED by hotel security.     they didn’t have the ranch burger tf. Neither take out boxes. Broke.

    When my goblet drink was brought to the table the waitress poured the drink into the goblet and it bubbled all over the table. Luckily it didn’t get on my clothes.

    Waitress was ok, a bit abrupt. She was scratching leg while taking our order. Entrees subpar. Desserts and drinks yummy!

    It was very busy, staff was overwhelmed so service was slow. Food is only ok and my husband’s burger was cold he sent it back. Manager and waiter was very apologetic. Gave us a discount for our trouble. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and she enjoyed herself so that’s what matters. Very fun place. I would recommend going for drinks and dessert only.

    Always a fun place and food is excellent. It is definitely a bit noisy so don’t expect a quiet restaurant. Was a little disappointed they didn’t have the fire show in the display boxes. That’s always fun to watch.

    Food was good. The drinks were pricy and huge, we were not prepared for that but got it for the experience. It was a great time.
