Welcome to Sugar Factory American Brasserie - Biloxi! We are open 7 days a week!! Walk-ins are welcome. Gluten-Free Menu is available upon request. Parties of 10 or more are considered Banquet Parties. Please make these large-party reservations by contacting us directly. At this time we highly suggest reservations at this location, due to limited seating. If you are arriving with people under the age of 21 , reservations are REQUIRED by hotel security.     Too loud, noise level ridiculous, over priced, service slowest I’ve ever encountered. I enjoy good restraunt, this experience to Sugar Factory in Biloxi was total let down from start to finish!

    I have been to this establishment several time for birthdays and dates. Yesterday, the service was lackluster. I had a reservation for 10:30pm. It took the server over 30 minutes to come. The host decided to assist and took our drink order. Our food took over an hour to come out. I was told they did my order wrong three times which was the club sandwich. We ordered the wings and they were hard. The overall experience was lackluster. The server was friendly but everything was just so long. We didn’t leave till after 1.

    We had a great time here. The black and clue burger was amazing. Loved the Nutella waffle. Mimosa trio was fun.

    This was my boyfriend and I first time eating here. The waiter we had was AMAZING, our food was delicious, and the drinks were great. We definitely recommend coming if you haven’t been already.

    It was a very fun time. We went for my daughter’s birthday and got the half Kong birthday celebration, which was nothing short of amazing! The energy and the enthusiasm of the servers were awesome and my daughter was so happy and excited! Our waitress, Krista, was amazing and worked her butt off. My only complaint was how long everything took! I understand that they were busy, but the wait was just unusually longer than usual.

    The staff, the food, the energy, the vibe in the Sugar Factory in Biloxi,MS was top tier. Love this place! I have definitely recommended this place to several others who have never visited the Sugar Factory.

    First of all they were not aware of the reservation that was made. I even confirmed that the reservation was going to be kept via email. They had to put a table together for us. They were out of a lot of things we requested like crackers or rice for gumbo. We were served food on broken dishes. They were out of something for my requested drink. I got the cocktail the waitress recommended and it was disgusting. This place cost too much to be this lacking

    Excellent service and food as expected. Noise is crazy especially because they are housed in a casino. Great experience e overall.

    Food horrible! Bathroom nasty! Service great! Our server was nice. Manager took off food we didn’t like but all the food was gross! Drinks were so good! But food was horrible! Full refund would make it all better place needs to be close!
