Our experience was less than acceptable. While the staff were very friendly, we felt like a burden to them. We had a smaller party that was surrounded by much larger parties (I get it, tips are usually better with bigger parties) so a HOSTESS decided to serve us. They were out of half of the menu items so I ordered something I didn’t originally want only to find out later that they were out of that as well. The kids food came out quickly. I received my food about 45 minutes after them because they forgot to come back and get my third order option after finding out they were out of the second option. We received ZERO drink refills. ZERO!! After watching the effort put into serving the tables around us, we decided to leave. I asked for my check, a waiter had me come to the register with him to pay (because the receipt printer “wasn’t working”, watched me enter the tip amount, then proceeded to PRINT ME A RECEIPT! What?!?! Again, they were friendly, our service and experience was not up to par.

The restaurant and aesthetic was very nice. The food was good and the drinks were very good. Unfortunately it was very hot in this location, it felt like the air wasn't working at all. So it made the experience not as good as I hoped for. I would recommend this restaurant if the air was working better.

The food was horrible and the waiter was too. From my experience last night service is much better when you go early.

We had a horrible experience between the A/C not working during one of the hottest summers in Georgia, then the food took longer then it should’ve, it was cold and had hair in it. They need to close this place down, not worth the money, or time! Do not patronize this establishment!

The food was absolutely terrible, not just one meal… we had a party of 8 and every persons meal was nasty and looked like it was thrown on a plate from a microwave. There was NO AC. They were completely out of the majority of drinks, and a lot of their food options. Our server was very kind and great (it was not her fault) I truly thought they were going out of business. Extremely expensive and VERY Disappointing. They are lacking management, among many other things.

It was wayyy too HOT ! My food came out quick which I thought was great but it was absolutely NOT . My food was cold. Wings felt like they were re-dipped and thrown in sauce. Water had a funny taste. Prices online don’t match the menu in the restaurant. They didn’t have many options . Burgers are cooked to tough. Never again . For the drink margarita flight , it is NOT worth $51 at all . All of it taste like juice. Little to no liquor but ALL of juice flavor ! WASTE of $100+ seriously ! Never again !!

We arrived at 2:55. Our reservation was for 3:00. 3:15 and we were still waiting and looking at a menu. Per their policy it says you get a 10 minute grace period. I was told it was 15 which should be updated. We sat down at 3:45 didn’t get any food until after 4:00pm. There’s a 35% service fee. Of which the service was horrible. It wasn’t crowded. We will NEVER come back. A waste of money. I am very disappointed. The hostess was also rude as well.
