The server was very nice, but they were out of everything and had a very very shot selection on what we could order.

We arrived at 2:55. Our reservation was for 3:00. 3:15 and we were still waiting and looking at a menu. Per their policy it says you get a 10 minute grace period. I was told it was 15 which should be updated. We sat down at 3:45 didn’t get any food until after 4:00pm. There’s a 35% service fee. Of which the service was horrible. It wasn’t crowded. We will NEVER come back. A waste of money. I am very disappointed. The hostess was also rude as well.

Dirty and outdated. We ordered a goblet and they didn’t have the lollipop straws that were included - if you are a “sugar” place you should have said sugar. The goblet drink is filled with so much dry ice that you can’t even drink half the drink. We ordered 1 order of Nutella waffles and a cookie sundae that was split between the three of us. After 40 minutes of ordering, one of the waitresses could tell us was confused. I told her we still didn’t have our one order of waffles. Someone came out and told us a few minutes later that they didn’t have the Nutella. 40 minutes after ordering! Every table around us was told part of their order was not able to be made due to a missing item. The couple next to us ordered a coffee drink and they weren’t even able to get them their drink. We walked out without eating anything and waiting and hungry. The candy bins were almost all empty and dirty as well. The hostess asked how it was and she quickly responded with, oh you weren’t able to eat anything”. She said next time visit us earlier in the week as everything sells out quickly. This was on Friday afternoon, good luck to them before a weekend! I never write reviews but this was just bad! My young children even noted how bad it was.

I was very disappointed. It smelled as if someone mopped with dirty water. They served me old guacamole. The fries were old. The food was bland. The price I paid was just disgusting. I will not return and I recommend you don’t go either. Spend you money somewhere else.

Waitress was amazing, but food was horrible, environment was horrible and ambiance sucked. The manager wasn’t accommodating and came across as rude. I have been to many sugar factories and I’ve never had this experience. I will never visit this location again.

When i called i told them i wanted to make a reservation for 8:30pm. He told me since that was soon that i could just walk in however when i arrived i was told that i had to make a reservation after waiting almost 30 minutes for a host to take care of us. I made the reservation and waited and when that time came. There was no host at the desk and we had been waiting over an hour and still got no help.

First off, Shakor could not have been nicer, more attentive and taking such great care of us. My granddaughter turned five years old we asked for a little kitty cocktail with some cotton candy and we got charged $41. That is a rip off. Secondly, I asked for chips and salsa with a side of guacamole. I got charged $29. That is rip off number two. You will never see me back in a sugar factory ever again.

My wife and I planned this visit for our kids summer break to have a good time with them and celebrate summer, only to be let down big time by the entire experience. This was my 5th time dining here and I've had good experiences, but there seems to be no care put into the place at all and it felt nobody cared. We arrived and were promptly seated, but unfortunately this was the highlight. Looking around, it looked like the owners have invested $0.00 since it opened with dirty floor mats immediately as you walk in, sticky menus that were falling apart, a chandelier that has lost it's luster and missing globes/hardware, and a TV wall missing TVs with mounting hardware exposed. It's decorated with old pictures of celebrities everywhere that date the place with the age of the photos as time goes by. Our waiter was polite and friendly, but the entire time it felt like she couldn't care less about serving tables due to her lack of attention to our needs. We ate our appetizers with the forks and knives, which they removed when they took the dirty dishes and never replaced. When they brought our food, I requested more forks and knives which never showed up, but I realized that everyone ordered burgers, so they weren't necessary, but that's besides the point. As I'm eating and drinking my water (which never got refilled for anyone at my table), I ordered a Pepsi that the waiter forgot, I politely reminded her.. And she forgot it again, so I reminded her about it a third time only to tell her to not bring it because I was done. Also I notice that I'm getting hotter and hotter as I'm sitting there, wondering if I'm getting sick, but the air was muggy as if the a/c was not on or set at a high temp and it smelled weird. After we ate, we ordered desserts and the shakes came in much smaller glasses than I remembered and probably higher prices and they gave my daughter a bowl of ice cream with no spoon, which I had to request. This was honestly my worst experience in years.
