Our servers were great. The food was good. I was late to my reservation and they still graciously accommodated and we had a great time.

Our server Rashonda was the best she really showed professionalism she was courteous and polite she helped explain the menu to us and she checked on us our entire meal this was a vibe

Service was so bad they put our food on a small table and made us grab our own food half of the food we ordered didn’t come out we asked twice to sing happy birthday to my nephew and they never did honestly felt as if they didn’t care because they got the gratuity charge either way

There were a bunch of workers just standing around doing nothing and there was a couple doing TikToks and the food was a tad bit pricey and in the middle of dining they just turned off the lights to finish making the TikTok.

Our waiter, Henni, was AMAZING! I brought my daughter for 18th birthday lunch. He was able to read our vibe and then went above and beyond with the song and dance for her celebration!

I absolutely love the experience and the food but the time it took for someone to come over to greet us, take orders etc was the not so good part. So that’s why I gave low rating on service. But the servers was great! We made reservations and when we got there we only had to wait a few moments, we were initially seated upstairs but decided to move as it was rather warm upstairs. The hostess was very accommodating and allowed us to change seats as we chose to sit on the patio in the front of the restaurant facing Peachtree st. The table was great but this is where the service was disappointing. It took a while for a waiter/waitress to come over. After going inside to inquiry about getting someone over the bartender was sent she was absolutely great took our food and drink order and then our server came over shortly to introduce himself I can’t remember his name but he was great. No complaints after this.

Food was good. Appetizers were cold but ok. Service was good. Wait time was horrible, per the fact that we had reservations.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Sugar Factory Atlanta. We came to celebrate my daughter’s 6th birthday and it was very unpleasant to say the least. Our reservation was at 7 PM, yet we didn’t get SEATED until after 8 PM because they clearly overbooked tables. To top it off, our server left our food sitting right next to our table without distributing it because he ran off to another table to dance to a song. While our food was left sitting right next to us, UNTOUCHED, we decided to just grab it ourselves because no one ever came back to check on us. We never received drink refills, and my daughter was falling asleep at the table from waiting so long for literally anything. We were so unsatisfied that we ended up asking for the check early and it took them about 35 min to even bring that! Despite the awful service, we were still forced to pay a 20% gratuity which was absolutely ridiculous given the fact that the only thing anyone did was take our order! With all this to say, I won’t be back. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

We had a 6:00 pm reservation, arrived on time and had to wait an hour for our table. We had 6 young kids with us. Unacceptable.
