Succotash PRIME is a progressive perspective of classic Southern favorites. James Beard Award winner Edward Lee brings his Korean roots and Southern repertoire to a soulful Southern Steakhouse menu.

SUCCOTASH is named after the classic dish that has been a longstanding staple of the Southern table. While many know “Succotash” when they see it, the dish has been interpreted, modified, and passed from generation to generation for centuries. Our “Succotash” is special to us and we invite you to experience the South from our point of view.

service was really slow and the food was not terribly good. I ordered a bloody mary that tasted like it had pickle juice in it.

Enjoyed a delicious and beautiful brunch. The Belle’s punch as cocktails, fried oysters, deviled eggs, tuna tartar and fried green tomatoes salad. Very comfortable and elegant atmosphere. Highly recommend.

So welcoming. Excellent service the food was amazing, the deviled eggs with pickled tomatoes and hush puppies, the French Toast was perfection. The restraunt itself was so lovely. The people who work there made it welcoming.

My college freshman and I met here for breakfast and had an absolutly fantastic time. Great service and great food.

Great experience. Food was delicious. The Taste of the South was a great choice. You are able to taste a bit of everything. A few appetizers, salad, 3 different entrees. The only thing you really had to choose was 2 sides that you wanted. And you also got a small plate of desserts.

Service was professional & excellent. Food was mediocre, fried chicken had absolutely no flavor, foods needed a bit more salt or seasoning, popcorn shrimp was soggy, petite filet was like a meatloaf patty in texture, kimchi sucked, brown pickled cucumber looked unappetizing, was that succotash or soup, and banana pudding dessert was a joke (majority whipped cream & cookie crumble.) Was my first visit to celebrate a bday, and may be my last. Lastly, music was too loud. Is this a restaurant or nightclub? Couldn’t wait to get outta there.

The service was wonderful. We were seated far in the back at a wobbly, uneven, dark table. I have no idea why because we made reservations far in advance and the restaurant was empty when we came in. It was very noisy. The service was very nice. The food was good. However, it was extremely salty. I truly have never noticed that much salt in my food in my life. My husband and I both were overwhelmed with the salt content.

Dined here for brunch on a Saturday morning with friends. Service was amazing and the food was delicious. We had reservations and were seated as soon as our full party arrived. I ordered French toast which had a generous portion size — it was a 10 out of 10! Our waiter was very attentive and made sure our drinks were refilled without us having to ask. Everyone enjoyed their meals which included deviled eggs, shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, and French toast. Great experience and I will definitely be back.
