Succotash PRIME is a progressive perspective of classic Southern favorites. James Beard Award winner Edward Lee brings his Korean roots and Southern repertoire to a soulful Southern Steakhouse menu.

SUCCOTASH is named after the classic dish that has been a longstanding staple of the Southern table. While many know “Succotash” when they see it, the dish has been interpreted, modified, and passed from generation to generation for centuries. Our “Succotash” is special to us and we invite you to experience the South from our point of view.

I was really impressed with the waitstaff and front of house. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, and made great recommendations for food and drink. The quality of the food was outstanding and I really enjoyed the twist on southern comfort food.

Great for appetizers and drinks, but found the main courses a little lacking. Had the shrimp and grits (a way to measure the worth of a southern restaurant) and needed salt and hot sauce to give it flavor. Cornbread was delicious!

We came here for the first time for our anniversary. The food was great, but the service was outstanding. They made the night so special - the server was attentive, and we got an appetizer and dessert with a candle to celebrate. This will be a new go-to for us.

Limited menu. Nice atmosphere. Rib Plate was very good. Service was a bit slower than usual but it was very busy and the waitress kept us posted. Overall great experience.

1st time visiting and it was EVERYTHING. Drinks were good, the corn bread, crab mac and cheese was delicious. A lot of chicken & waffles were being ordered. So I ordered it too lol Mannnn the food was so good. The layout/decor is nice. Well lit. We dined on the second floor and had a good view of everything. Definitely worth checking out

We ordered the tuna tartare, the bacon jam deviled eggs, the new york strip, the catfish, and the banana pudding. All of these were amazing. You can't go wrong with either cocktails or wine-we had both. Angel was the most amazing server we could have asked for!

Great menu and ambiance! Our waiter was friendly and made great recommendations. The decorations are a nod to the building's history (used to be a bank). Unique asian spin on southern comfort food. Great whiskey selection. Super convenient for dining before seeing a show at one of nearby theatres.

An amazing anniversary dinner. From the greeting at the door to our server to the food an outstanding evening. The set menu was amazing and a great value - for $60 it was a lot of really tasty and excellent food. The service was top level and an excellent overall experience. The food was outstanding and we will definitely visit again!
