Succotash PRIME is a progressive perspective of classic Southern favorites. James Beard Award winner Edward Lee brings his Korean roots and Southern repertoire to a soulful Southern Steakhouse menu.

SUCCOTASH is named after the classic dish that has been a longstanding staple of the Southern table. While many know “Succotash” when they see it, the dish has been interpreted, modified, and passed from generation to generation for centuries. Our “Succotash” is special to us and we invite you to experience the South from our point of view.

This place is amazing, however, I had the unfortunate experience of someone in my party being a vegetarian. There wasn't much to choose from, which was surprising. All the food is amazing though! Just something to be aware of.

We were referred to Succotash by my nephew. Succotash did not disappoint. The food and the service were excellent!

We went for brunch on Sunday and enjoyed it. The A/C worked very well (it was 100 degrees outside), and it wasn't crowded. The food was tasty but almost every dish was full of carbs and fat. This is a great place to go when you're not watching your weight.

The service was amazing the drinks were great the food was absolutely horrible definitely the worst food I’ve had ever and I eat out quite often

I wish I was staying in DC longer so I could go back to Succotash again. Everything on the brunch menu looked delicious. The cornbread and maple butter was to die for.

This was one of the best meals we have had. If you are in DC, go to Succotash Prime and order the Taste of the South tasting menu. You will love it!

I’ve been twice (birthday and Father’s Day)! Wait staff was remarkable both occasions with detailed descriptions, patience, and generally good energy! Great experiences and great food both times

Our server, Wilbur, was fantastic. He knew the menu very well and was able to make some great suggestions. Service was attentive, not hovering. The barbecue ribs were delicious but the shrimp and grits were kind of bland.
