Delicious food is like heaven in your mouth. And to reach it you just have to come to our top floor where you’ll find Suba, our Restaurant.

Feel very welcomed here, Chef Fábio Alves is always ready to surprise your senses with some exquisite recipes, new creations or the best of these two worlds. Also at lunchtime, our team prepares tasty Portuguese Cuisine with a contemporary twist made from fresh and local ingredients. Because we like to please more than just your palate, all is served with a wonderful view over the Tagus River. As you can see, heaven is really all around you.

SUBA Restaurant is open every day from 19:00-22:30 and for lunch from Saturday to Monday from 12:30-14:30.

As soon as we arrived, they offered us a glass of champagne on the house and then they charged it without first informing how much it cost. I got sick in the restaurant because they left the vein in the lobster, I would never return to that place, I had to run out of there because of how bad I felt. It was not an exceptional meal as it should be in a Michelin guide restaurant where they did not take care of important details.

It was really disappointing and way too concept driven. Patronising server with attitude of you will enjoy this astonishing food experience whether you like it or not. Overpriced under delivered pretentious nonsense

My husband booked this restaurant based on good reviews to celebrate my birthday in Lisbon. They never acknowledged my birthday even though it was on the reservation. We have had chef tasting menu’s all over the world……and this was not in the same league especially for the ridiculous cost of over $400 US in Portugal, which is a less expensive country. We both ended up with a 5 course tasting menu, since they would not give us menus after asking a few times. I preferred to order ala carte, but ended up with the 5 course vegetarian tasting and 2 cocktails. Husband had the regular tasting with wine pairing. He never had a wine pairing that started with beer and ended with apple cider!!. It seems they spend more time on plating than the actual taste of food. Nothing wowed us and the portions were tiny. The presentations were full of silly gimmicks and the ambiance was stark and service was very slow. They also automatically put a 20% tip on the bill to put pressure on you to tip. If you choose not to, they have to redo the bill…no fine restaurant would ever do that, since it’s not traditional to tip in Portugal at restaurants, unless you feel it was superior. This restaurant was a total bummer and disappointment for us, especially being a milestone birthday for me. It was the only negative part of an otherwise wonderful vacation in Lisbon.

I had the 9-course Path. It was exquisite. I skipped on the wine pairing as it was just me. The sommelier’s suggestion was a fantastic red. I wish I’d gotten the name.

It was one of the best dinner experiences we have had in Europe and America! The location is fantastic, overlooking the river with a lovely view from the top floor! The service was very friendly, and the food - was outstanding. We will visit again if we are back in Lisbon.

Had the seasonal chefs tasting menu. The staff was accommodating to food restrictions. Overall, it was outstanding service, excellent food, and I can’t wait to go back.
