This philosophy takes honest ingredients and elevates them to be splendidly elegant through rigid and persistent execution. At the helm is Bravo’s Top Chef Season 13’s Winner, Chef Jeremy Ford.

The meal and experience exceeded expectations. Service was attentive and detailed without being overbearing. Their ability to accommodate an additional vegetarian diner last minute was extremely professional and appreciated. Flavors were creative and well-executed. Picking favorites from the menu is hard, but the uni panna cotta was joyously different every bite, the sake and citrus cured Japanese yellowtail was vibrant, and the pan roasted barramundi paired immaculately with the shiitake sofrito and galangal green curry. Definitely recommend.

The chef tasting menu along with the wine paring was amazing. Each course was intriguing and the staff stayed on top of things. At one point, the kitchen became a little backed up and my server immediately came over to apologize for the wait and asked if there was anything I needed. I haven’t had this level of service anywhere of recent memory. Thank you all for a great experience!

Due to reviews, I almost canceled the reservation, but I'm glad I went. Both my friend and I had a wonderful dining experience. Alexis at the bar was fantastic and made phenomenal drinks. Our server, Andrew, and his support staff were kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The elevated tasting menu was beautifully presented and scrumptious. At those prices I can't go often but I definitely want to go again.
