Le Strispsteak Waikiki propose toute la tradition d'un steakhouse américain classique avec une touche de modernité. Le menu plaisant et innovant créé par le chef Michael Mina présente des saveurs audacieuses et de la diversité dans l'inspiration. Le menu vraiment de saison est en constante évolution pour refléter le meilleur des ingrédients locaux et des saveurs mondiales. D'une extrême finesse, le menu du Stripsteak Waikiki comprend du bœuf Angus, du bœuf américain Wagyu et du bœuf japonais Wagyu A5 certifiés 100 % naturels. Les autres plats signature incluent l'Instant Bacon, du flanc de porc Kurubota glacé au soja et au poivre noir accompagné de tempura d'huîtres, la tour « festin » de fruits de mer Luau, avec du crabe royal, un homard entier, des huîtres, des palourdes, des crevettes, sashimi, des sushi ainsi que du poke ou encore la tourte au homard de Michael, servie à côté de la table avec de la crème de homard au brandy, des champignons Hamakua et de la truffe noire.

This place was great!!! Was here for my birthday and I had a blast with my man. Food and dessert was great and mind you I’m not the type to give reviews but I thought this was good and worth it for me personally.. definitely recommend:)

Went for Happy Hour, they offer specials on drinks and some menu items. Bar servers were all friendly and attentive. They explained our food choices on best temperatures. Drinks ere cold and the dishes were cooked as ordered and delicious.

The food, the service, the ambiance - all perfect for a great evening in the heart of Waikiki! I didn't think I would find a Littorai Pinot Noir in this corner of the world, but the whole wine selection was excellent and the sommelier was knowledgeable. I made a mental note to revisit.

Jimmy the server assistant and renaldo the server and the team gave really good service for my husband birthday! will be returning back again next time! And ask for renaldo and jimmy Mahalo Strip steak

We had a wonderful family meal. The Mahi, scallops, stripsteak, brocollini, and fried rice were all delicious and presented in a lovely way. Service was polite and attentive. It was great to eat outside, but between the live musician and others, it was quite boisterous. Thanks for a fun evening!
